I finally managed to get my titan fully flashed and working properly with one exception....anytime I turn my bluetooth headset off I have to go back into the bluetooth settings on my phone and reinstall my bluetooth. It seems that for some reason whenever I shut the bluetooth headset off it or the phone iteslf decides that it is no longer needed and removes it from the phone.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks
Hello,
i have the same prop like many other Leo Owners. I set Audio over Bluetooth, first time it works, after shut down the sound comes via the Phonespeaker no more chance anymore to change it. Except after hardreset but than the same, it works so long you dont shut down the phone.
Same Prop with Voice Command, Cyberon, Vito the sound goes over the Systemspeaker, i had read all Threads no solution works.
I have the origin newest Vodafone German Rom 1.66 are there any knowing reghacks to fix it.
Thank's a lot Ingo
Have you tried going to the settings > Bluetooth and activate stereo audio there?
When you first link your bluetooth headset and your phone, it automatically connects both, but after you power down either bluetooth connection or the headset, you have to manually connect the stereo autio.
re
i have only a point where i can set play systemsounds on the bluetooth device or remote device and this is always activated.

The same with this post:

I didn't made any test!!!
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\AudioGateway]
"BTAGExtModule"="OEMAGW.dll"
"Capability"=dword:65
"ConnectHFOnCall"=dword:1
Used this CAB, now the button is working. Only one step is missing

Voice command accepts voice commands on the phone after long hold on headset button! Anyone get this to announce over their bluetooth headset please let us know how you did it or if there is another version out there please post a link.

I have been patrolling the forums trying to find a solution (or at least a thread similar) to my problem. I made the move from the G1 to the Vibrant in Aug. I was spoiled by it so it feels. I've grown quite custom to my Bluetooth devices being remembered by my phone, and not having re-sync them everytime i want to use them. I'm wondering if there is a fix for this, or is this apart of the Vibrant framework and i just have to get over it? Has anyone else been experiancing this?

Speak now or forever hold your piece. This is a huge nerd farm and im sure we can all put our heads together.
Are you talking about pairing or connecting the device? I only have one bluetooth device with my phone, and the phone has no problem staying paired to it. I do have to reconnect it when I turn on bluetooth, but that's all.
To clarify:
I turn on bluetooth.
My headset is shown on the devices list.
I press it once and it connects.
Device is ready to use.
Once, the device didn't show in the list while BT was off, but when I enabled BT the device was displayed.

What i mean is, I normally have more than one BT device connected. More specifically my BT headset, and my car BT stereo. I used to be able to have both devices remembered in my device list. But now my BT Headset is the only remembered device (and sometimes, it too will disappear. Now i constantly have to re-sync my stereo. However when a re-sync is needed, i don't have to pair the devices.
On my G1, this was not an issue. So any ideas?
I have my laptop, headset, and stereo headphones paired to my phone. Haven't had any problems, they all remember fine. However, I sometimes have to disable and re-enable Bluetooth because I have a custom name for my device, and sometimes when the phone boots it forgets that it has that name and goes back to calling itself SGH-T959. I don't know if this is related... just throwing it out there.

This does help a little. Perhaps because I am still stock, I am having this issue. What ROM are you using?

I've had the problem on stock JFD, JI6, and on Bionix with JAC Voodoo kernel.
I'm having the same problem with my car's BT system. I thought it was my car till I read ur post. What happens with me, is that the car (which should connect automatically) will say that there isn't a phone available. I will then open Bluetooth settings (on my phone) and see that there are no devices listed. After cycling the BT off then on, my car will show up again, and will connect......strange

Exactly my issue. So seeing how i am not alone in the issue, does anyone know a fix or how to resolve issue? It's not a BIG problem, bnut it is annoying to have to re-sync everytime i get in my car, (or send files from my iMac to my phone).
+1 for the vibrant forgetting my bluetooth devices. I'll open my headset and I hear it say, "Ready to Pair". It's not a big deal, really-- all I have to do is turn bluetooth on, then turn it back off and all my devices repopulate. But it is an annoyance.

Ive tried that a few times, but it still yields no results for me. Any ideas.
so do we have any more suggestions from the nerd farm on how to resolve the issue?
Hello,
I have noticed that since the security update I am having issues with my bluetooth. It will not automatically reconnect to paired devices like my car and headphones. Sometimes it will connect but the option to transmit phone/media audio is unselectable. When this happens, it appears to be connected, but the music will come from the phone, not bluetooth connection. The only solution I have found is to reboot my phone. Is anyone else having trouble with this? Totally stock.

I have been having the exact same issue and the only fix has been a reboot.

You're not alone. Seems there is a workaround.
I'm experiencing the same issue with any BT audio device it won't stay connected to my Android Wear.
What version? I'm on 25.211.1 reflashed modem and Bluetooth package things are fine so far.
Hi all
I'm having this strange (but really frustrating) Bluetooth bug on my Motorola Moto X Style (XT1572) with Android 6.0. I already tried restoring the Phone to factory settings and without any extra apps but the issue persists. It just suddenly started happening (about a month ago).
Nothing has changed in the bluetooth devices that I use with my Phone. I connect my car using Bluetooth and if I'm not in my car, I use a Bluetooth hands free kit to make and receive my Phone calls.
About a month ago my bluetooth started acting weird. When I'm in my car and want to make a Phone call, it starts the call on my Phone but then my car says that something went wrong and the call couldn't be initiated, although the call is continued on my phone. I do receive my text messages on my car and can also sent them but I'm unable to make/receive Phone calls.
When I receive Phone calls, they don't come up on my cars media. However, my Phone says its using Bluetooth for the call and the bluetooth connection is up. When I'm having this issue, I can not disconnect the Bluetooth connection with my car on my phone. It refuses to disconnect and I can not switch to any other Bluetooth device. The same goes when I'm having the issue while connected to my other Bluetooth hands free kit. In the advanced bluetooth settings of the bluetooth connection on my Phone, I also noticed that when the issue occurs all Bluetooth functionality is checked (eg. 'Media audio'), except 'Phone audio'. 'Phone audio' is not checked and it refuses to check it (however it's not greyed out). When I tap on 'Phone audio' in order to enable it, you see it getting checked for like a few microseconds and then it instantly gets unchecked again.
The only remedy I found is to power off and start my Phone again. Very frustrating if you want to make a quick Phone call and that you have to wait 5 minutes each time or if someone is trying to reach you but they can't hear you and they keep calling back while you try to press the power off button and drive your car . Why do I even have Bluetooth .
I've noticed that when I keep my Phone powered on at night and let it charge, the issue is present. If I recharge my Phone while it's powered of, pull out the power plug and then power on the Phone, there is no issue.
It seems to me that it has something to do with the update process...
Any idea how I can solve this issue?
Previously I did had other bluetooth issues like sudden switches between the phone's speaker and the bluetooth hands free (without any clear reason), it would just switch the bluetooth audio off and on again. So imagine, I'm calling someone with my hands free kit and suddenly the sound is gone. I grab my Phone and hear the other person talking, I continue the conversation using my phone's sound, then the sound is gone again and I need to continue with my handsfree. Other times when the phone said it was using bluetooth audio, it actually wasn't and I had to select 'Phone speaker' and then bluetooth audio again to get audio via bluetooth.
I don't think it has got anything to do with my car's bluetooth or my handsfree because the handsfree works flawlessly with my laptop and the car's bluetooth also works perfect with my partners Phone.
I have the same problem as you and i've never found a solution someone could help us please
Anyone?

So basically since the December security update that was released in February? Yeah, we know... some people seems to have issues with Bluetooth since then, but some people don't, not sure exactly why. In the Lenovo support forums there is even some mention of Bluetooth issues (although they come short of admitting there is a problem) on the latest update.
If a factory reset doesn't cure it, then you just have to wait... we don't have the factory firmware images for the latest release to reflash and downgrading is a questionable solution at best. Hopefully the factory images become available or the Nougat update actually gets released and one of those fixes it.
Sorry, that's the best I have for you... which is basically nothing.
