Hi.. I've been using my s5 for few months and today i noticed that it didnt had the hotspot option i tried searching for a solution..and read somewhere that using a code can fix it . ##72786# i used this code it restarted and now its not reading my sim card giving me an error of invalid sim..i tried to factory reset it .. but now its downloading some sprint updates

hey peeps, i need help on something. I flashed Omega rom for my galaxy note 3 and after reboot it wont connect to my 4gLTE network. The wifi works fine as well as everything else about my phone except that. Ive searched everywhere for answers but i dont seem to have any luck. Ive flashed a stock kernel thinking maybe it had something to do with it but it didnt help either. In my settings, it says service state in service but mobile network state disconnected. If any one can help me, PLEASE do. Thanks!!!

I recently bought a refurbished S5 G900H , INDIA
it came with pre-installed kitkat 4.4.2, but without using anything on the mobile i flashed a custom rom .
everything was fine until i discovered that there is a problem with the network .
whenever i try to switch network to WCDMA only i get a notification stating "NO SERVICE".
GSM mode works perfectly fine , i can make calls and use internet but with a slow speed,
the same SIM works absolutely fine with other phone with same network setting at the same location .
so i tried flashing all the stock FIRMWARE available for G900H INDIA from www.sammobile.com . but the issue is stll the same .
also tried flashing different modem available but no help .
some time i get a very weak 3G or H+ network but that too in a ground or open space but not in my home .
i have tried all the SIM from carriers available but the issue is still the same .
i can check my IMEI and baseband .
what else i can do ??

I bought a new note 3 phone (SM-n9005) and it is model for UK, but I live in Egypt and when I try to use the phone it gives me this error "Not registered o network" and I changed the rom to Android 5.0 and I did root to the phone also I user regionlockAway application and I still face the same issue and tried many SIM cards
please help me

G9287C and i recently flashed a stuck rom and it's working Fine but 1 problem with the sim card and my mobile network it's says not registered on Network and i trying to register manual and says unable to connect try again i searched for all the answers and didn't find any help and the imei seems good ...plzzz help me

Did you flash a device specific stock ROM for YOUR exact variant? There's issues if you flash another carrier or countries ROM sometimes. The RIL won't be set properly along with various other device/region specific properties
