I rollback my Huawei p9 lite by vns l21 c185b300 firmware now I lose my keyboard Bluetooth and many other apps please help me how i get back

Upgrading Huawei p9 Lite

I am using Huawei P9 Lite. EMUI is still 4.1.3.
Current version is VNS-L52C719B202
Android version is 6.0.1
Model number is Huawei VNS-L52.
Since I have it, I have not get any update.
Please can you help me upgrade the EMUI to 7.1 and the Android version to Oral.
