[Nougat] Cannot reorder edge panel ? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

Hello everyone.
So today i have factory reset my phone. And then i realised that i couldn't reorder edge panel although i tried to drag the <> symbol.
My phone had worked fine before being reset.
Does anyone has the same problem ?

[Q] Tapatalk shortcuts broken..? Kinda..

So the shortcuts for the forums that i frequent lost their title, and picture.. It still works but idk it was there when i set it up and have no idea what happened. Anyone else have this issue?

I found a new problem in my device

Samsung Pay is not working

I am a registered beta user for samsung pay. But whenever I try to open the app. The attached one is displaying. Tried as many times switching sim card. As many reboots but no remedy.
I use G935FD and I am from india.
