I am a little disappointed with p9 lites slow motion camera. It can only record 640 x 480 at 120fps.Is there a way to mod the camera so it records at least 720p ?
Nop
I tried modifying the output resolution for slowmotion capture in build.prop, but any other settings than default would crash the camera so no...

So far i have done:
editing build.prop
editing 3g324mConfig.val (data/vt)
editing media_profiles.xml
None of these work. using lgCamera shows that our camera HAS the capabilities to record a VGA (640x480) video on 25 FPS (30 works but lags), but lgCamera does not has the "fast recording" mode so its not useful when recording indoors and on low lighting conditions.
either we can try:
mod the camera.apk,
mod the lgCamera, or
edit the media_profiles.xml so the original camera app shows the VGA recording mode.
Oxygen os default camera video recording of any resolution... See properties... And frame rate...screenshot....anyone found that issue???
Hi everyone,
I'm using a G900F with CM13 and my S5 cannot record video at 60fps, when selected, it still records at 30 fps.
I have tried "A better Camera" and "Open Camera", but even with 60fps selected, the framerate remains at 30 fps no matter if I choose 720p or 1080p.
I have read that certain camera-features are only available when using the stock rom and the stock camera-app because certain camera-features cannot be done using Android's standard APIs. Is this true ?
If anyone knows how to make the phone record at 60fps, I'd be grateful.
Thanks.
is universal app for all cm 13 if its not work its not ready get another app like snap

Yeah, you cannot image how long I was locking for this. I've tested it with 1080p although and it works great. 120fps seems not working but never mind.
You sir, made my day
Hello,
I have Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone.
I'm trying to record videos at 240 fps (slo-mo mode). Problem is, when configured to work at 240 fps, all my previously adjusted camera settings (such as, manual focus, iso, exposure, etc...), are cancelled andthe phone automatically being adjusted. It is very crucial to me, to be able to record at 240 fps, AND, maintain the same focus position as I've set, prior to hitting the "record" button.
Can someone help please? Maybe someone can recommend some professional video recording APP where such phenomena can be avoided?
Thanks.

I was confused by it (since my previous phone didn't have slow-mo). Slow-mo isn't part of the Video recorder when you're using the Camera. It's a separate "mode" you choose (in the same area where you switch from camera to video recorder). The one where it's a circle of dashes with a triangle in the middle. So slow-motion isn't an option of the regular video recorder: It's a separate camera mode altogether.
And there are no options to configure for slow motion. It's set to 720p, etc.
It works pretty well. Once you record the video and view it, you can adjust when the slow motion starts and stop by dragging along the dashed/solid line. (You'll see what I mean)
