1. Settings - notifications - uncheck all apps.
2. Depends what kind of app it is but thus could help
Settings - applications - .. - disable

Hi, right now while the screen is locked, the notification bar cannot be accessed. Is there anyway to either 1) enable notification bar or 2) show notifications on lockscreen like iphone style? (for this I've tried lockerpro but its buggy, no passwords). Thank you!

As is the case with most Android apps, there’s a standard version, which offers a taster, and a full version which pitches a few tasty additional extras only available once you’ve parted with your money. In this case, the full version will allow you to display full notification text, set individual settings for each app and tailor the experience to the nth degree by choosing themes for the notifications and setting custom vibration patterns.
Just downloaded iphone notifications.. on google play..

Every time I restart the phone they come back and I go to app info and they are unchecked. So I have to check them on then off again..

You can install xposed framework and the notify clean module to get rid of them. That's what I use along with a lot of other people.
So I'm not doing anything wrong just have to use a work around app. Thanks

For LMT, you can also long press on the notification in the notification panel and select app info - when the LMT info page pops up, uncheck notifications or if it is not checked, check it and then uncheck it and you will get a popup saying you won't get notifications - click ok and close. You do have to do this everytime you reboot your device tho.
download 'notificationsoff' from the play store. icon is a green square with some lines in it...just in case u have issues finding it. lets u turn off notifications for any apps u chose whether they r user apps or system.

Looking for an app or a quick way to access bluetooth settings (without having to swipe down quick settings).
The apps I used on my other phone force closes. Not sure why samsung is making this hard. Tried anycut and more shortcuts btw. Thanks in advance!

Yes because you've rooted it. That's the unauthorised action.

Yes, disable the app that is sending the notification with this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iamaner.oneclickfreeze
After that, do a reboot and see if the notification is gone. If it isn't, try disabling it again and reboot again. Some apps need 2 or more tries.
If you don't know which app is sending the notification, hold down your finger on the notification for a couple of seconds. After that, it should reveal the app name.
Getting a notification? I want to keep the peeking and full screen notification, but just want to remove the vibration. I tried it in the setting, app, notification but no luck.
Here's a pic where I have tried it that's just a example.
