You cannot install Google Assistant without rooting our device. Even if you root your device you need to have Android N running on your device.
The best part of Pixel devices are Google Assistant. This is also available for other Android Phones.
STEPS:
1. ROOT : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwd31NU7VC0
2. Install Root Checker : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joeykrim.rootcheck&hl=en
3. Install Get Assistant : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.trivisionzero.getassistant&hl=en
4. Clear Google App Data
5. Reboot

I solved it, I had used freedom and I not had clicked stop before uninstalling it

Hmmm think its for custom ROMs with stock you shouldn't be having any issues. Have you tried wiping data for Google app. Or going onto apkmirror and getting latest . Also can try in reverse by disabling Google app and uninstalling app updates. ?

You can see the changes under Equalizer settings of Google Play. Haven't tried with other players though.

That everytime i record a voice message on What'sapp , It shows that i recorded 0:01 sec's and i can't hear anything.

I'd review the permissions granted for the app from settings.
You may also delete app data and cache, then reinstall it from playstore.
