first of all, notice my problem warranty check (not that message appear after logo), warranty employee check device in bootloader ,
so i can remove message with flash stock rom and recovery , and when i get info about bootloader gave me it's LOCKED , but in bootloader screen two line with red color shows Phone unlock(it's shows the phone at least one time unlocked and warranty was void) and frp unlocked.
The question is HOW TO FIX IT TO SHOW LOCKED WITH GREEN COLOR as same as device locked?
I don't think you can.
To my knowledge, the best you can do is fastboot oem relock unlock code, but that will leave you with the relocked status.
I've tried fastboot oem lock unlock code but that doesn't work.
Flash oeminfo via twrp it will LOCK not relock your bootloader and then you must use 3 buttons method to update on MM if you are on Nougat.
Flashing the stock firmware through the dload method relocks the bootloader.

You didn't flash it correctly. if for nougat update.app must be 2.5GB.
Also it wikl fully LOCK, not relock bootloader.

You need to extract the zip file from update.zip and put UPDATE.APP in dload folder. That's how I locked bootloader on nougat.

but by this method app not installed , one file for rom and another for apps,
so OK , how can i test it? now i'm in nougat ,decompress zip file and flash it with 3 buttons, OK!
what about zip app file?
how to flash this one?
or you how done it . are you upgrade from mm to N ? give me your file and tell me how to flash it,
my phone is p9 lite vns-l21 , after downgrade to mm b 160 and in N b336..
i used THIS
When you upgrade to b336.
1. Unzip update.zip you flashed
2. Create dload folder and put UPDATE.APP inside
3. Reset phone and press 3 buttons
4. EMUI will update by itself and will lock bootloader after it's done.

Have you actually re-entered the OEM unlock code?
Sometimes it says unlocked but you still need to unlock it once more for it to work.
Can you access to stock recovery?
If yes put update.app on dload folder and flash it
You can reinstall the EMUI using your update.app and eRecovery. Place UPDATE.APP inside dload folder in the root of your SD card (make sure it's the right version) and start your phone while holding both volume buttons. Then unlock the bootloader and flash twrp.

Flashing oeminfo locks the bootloader. Did you unlock it again afterwards?

I didnt, and I resolved the issue, and youre not gonna believe what was the reason. I installed update via three button method and it succseeded but didnt work, then I did it again.Third time i put my sim card in my phone, updated and it worked.LOL
Like the title already says, I wrongly flashed the oeminfo of the L21 C432 on my L31 .
Now when I want to rewrite the oeminfo via fastboot I have no access because there is a FRP lock (Bootloader unlocked).
Currently I only see two options:
1. Try to flash a firmware via dload (tried some already, not working) and then flash the original oeminfo again. But is the firmware of a L21 even runnable on the L31?
2. Use DC-Unlock. The question is what should I use there? Is flashing a completely new firmware also overwriting the bad oeminfo? I don´t think so. Or should I remove the FRP lock, flash a new oeminfo and hope that dload is working then?
I hope someone can help me. Such a stupid mistake is just so frustrating, didn´t happen to me in all the years of flashing phones
you can try the dload method using a L21 firmware...

did you ever manage to fix this? I'm stuck in the same loop except my frp is unlocked but my bootloader is locked (Shows in the fastboot white screen mode) I tried to flash via dload method everything from B150 till B380! I was running Nougat rooted and I wanted to downgrade back to MM via flashing oem from twrp but I messed things up!
i cant even dload firstly because i have twrp and 2nd my phone goes stright to erecovery and i cannot find a way to either flash my oem info from twrp back up on my pc or to get new firmware.
Hi,
Can I relock my bootloader while TWRP is installed? I want to get OTA updates back as I am not getting them because of the unlocked bootloader..
To relock the bootloader you have to flash the oeminfo.zip or use the dload method to install stock ROM

the original bootloader unlock code isn't working. can anybody help me? please. it's driving me nuts, oh and it's model number in hi6250

if i tried to turn on it do the huawei logo twice and then give it to me 3 options
-Download latest version and recovery
-reboot

i try to download the upgrade using the first option and flash an update.app from the sd card, but it says "failed"
in fastboot and rescue mode "frp is lock" and "phone lock"
any suggestion or proces is welcome!
sorry, im from argentina and English isn't my first language
I am here to tell
I have managed to fix p9 lite phone. This phone had damaged oeminfo. And bootloader partition was damaged too.
1. Flashed factory firmware
2. Rooted with one click root without bootloader unlock
3. Installed flashify
4. Flashed twrp through flashify.
5. Flashed missing oem info
6. Flashed stock firmware.
7. Factory reset.
8. Done
