ATT 8525 for sale ( HTC Hermes ) Mods please move if this is in the wrong spot

Well, the title says it all. I have an HTC hermes laying around doing much of nothing. The phone kept dropping signal and rather than fool with it, I upgraded. There are obviously some cosmetic marks and such on the phones case ( cheap to make like new on ebay ) The screen is in pretty decent shape and the backlight / lcd / touchscreen all work perfectly and are about $50USD on their own). Anyone looking for the entire LCD assembly or other parts to work on theirs ( or if you want to fix the issue this one has ), this would be perfect. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to send me a message Attached you will find some pics of the actual phone .Im offering it to the best offer obviously. I WILL ship internationally however insurance is a must due to prior problems with the postal service. PM me if interested.

broken screen, need help.

Well my HD2 is now a paper weight not due to a bad flash, but because the touch screen no longer work.
The screen is cracked and a piece of it is missing, I'm not sure if i should order lcd screen, digitizer, or both. I attach a picture of the crack in hoping someone with some knowledge can help me out.
Also does anyone know of a place in Long Beach, CA area that can provide screen/digitizer replacement service at a fairly reasonable price.

That looks like a digitizer problem, does the lcd screen turn on at all?

I just ordered it directly from the chinese manufacturer last week for 50$ incl. shipping to germany. I can tell you more and make some pictures when it is arrived.

That looks to be the Slim Folio Roocase, but translated so I'm not sure. . . I personally have a Roocase and LOVE IT! I tried several cases before getting it, and its phenominal

Lol are u sure it came from the phone and not a piece of tool? (screwdriver end or something)
Try studying some take-apart guides if u are sure it belongs to the phone, there are plenty of them all around the web

Thanks for your answer I already checked many disassembly tutorials but could not find one where you see this little white bastard except of this tutorial: http://www.etradesupply.com/blog/how-to-repair-damaged-samsung-galaxy-s5-screen-and-other-parts-after-disassembly/ (See last image).
But unfortunately there is not described where it came from but I am quite sure it was within the device and not from my tools.

If someone has the same problem: The white small rubber cap is located in the hole named as R2 (in the back, where the battery is located).

Need help finding replacement part (front flash)

So the other week I had to replace my screen after it broke but there was an issue with one screw that was completely stripped and I had to rip off the front frame in a hail mary attempt to get the front off so I can replace it and somehow in the fray of twisted plastic I ended up losing the front flash/led whatever you want to call it.
I tried contacting moto support 3 times and they were no help in getting me a part or giving me any info no where they source it, but hey they did offer to send me a replacement if I gave them $5 00 holding till they received my device in exchange and a non-refundable fee of $24.99.
Does anyone know the generic name for the part or know where I might be able to find a suitable replacement for it?

Any luck finding a replacement camera flash?
I also have this problem as i paid a shop to repair screen on moto x style and they tried to tell me the camera flash was a part of screen, so i asked why would they leave it out on the replacement. And now i have hole in top right hand corner.
So if you had any luck finding a replacement front flash pls help. Thanks Al.
