[SM-G900F] No updates - WRONG CSC AND FIRMWARE for my country - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,
Sorry for my English...... I'm french (yes I know..... )
I have a problem. I need help and expertise.
I have a galasy s5 bought on the internet for the french market.
But I never had an upgrade it remains nailed in 4.4.2.
After information with service, it turns out that in reality it was planned for Baltic market and therefore the updates OTA, Kies Smartswitche, samsung shop does not work. Samsung has sent me on the roses .... they can do that but they need to have my phone for 3 weeks....
Here is the information I have (Phone Info):
SM G900F
Klte / kltexx
Knox 0x0
SM- G900FZKASEB
Origin CSS SEB
Current CSC SEB
Firmware SEB
Available CSC (many including the XEF)
CSc country BALTIC / LV
Bootloader G900FXXU1ANJ1
PDA G900FXXU1ANJ1
CSC G900FOXX1ANJ1
Base Bande G900FXXU1ANJ1
My aim:
Update to last firmware for my country (France no carrier ) with original firmware and OTA available for original security or firmware updates. If possible without lost of my data..... but if necessary, to have stabilty, i can do a reset....
So if someone can give a good complete protocol with steps ......
thanks in advance!!!!!
EDIT:
Well Well!!!
No idea ???
I discover a method on another site
1. Run and configure Odin. Do NOT check “Re-Partition” and “Auto Reboot” check boxes.
2. Load the stock firmware in the PDA button.
3. Set the phone in download mode (Volume Down+Home+Power button). Then connect the phone in your computer.
4. Hit the “Start” button and then wait.
5. Once the flashing successfully completed. Do NOT let it reboot into the normal mode.
6. Reboot into recovery mode (Volume Up+Home+Power button).
7. See if it’s applying the CSC file then wait until it finishes and reboot.
8. If you do not see the CSC installation, instead choose the “Wipe data/Factory reset”. Then repeat flashing the stock firmware. You may then achieved the CSC code flashing the stock firmware on the second attempt.
10. Confirm the CSC code by using Kies 3 or by downloading Phone INFO ★Samsung★ and see if the CSC code has changed.

[Q] Note3 N9005 LTE with XEO slow and boot loops

After flashing a German Note3 with stock 4.4.2 using Odin with the official Open firmware from Poland XEO N9005XXUENB3 the phone is really slow, the SIM card is not recognized and the device has boot loops. The flash process succeeded and factory reset and cache wipe were executed from recovery mode.
Only from recovery mode KOT49H.N9005XXUENB3 it successfully boot when it is again stuck with the boot logo.
In the recovery mode the yellow lines below indicate that the CSC-code DBT (Germany)
The official file was flashed using the AP field and the file: N9005XXUENB3_N9005OXXENB1_HOME.tar.md5
The reason for flashing was to be able to switch to Vietnamese which is available in the XEO firmware.
The phone should have been unlocked because a Lebara SIM card worked before which is no longer being recognized.
Is there a way to restore the functionality within this firmware or do I need to go back to a different firmware ?
I would not mind also trying a Lollipop stock rom but currently do not want to try tripping Knox.
EDIT: Baseband and IMEI is UNKNOWN
EDIT2: Flashing back the DBT firmware N9005XXUGNG1 resolves all these problems but I would still like to be able to switch to Vietnamese (Viet Tieng) language
