[Q] Q: MB526 Stuck on Operator Logo

Hi Guys,
So here's the thing:
My niece owns this MB526, the cell has never been rooted, not even another ROM flashed, so just one day when she tried to turn it on it started but after the M in the Operator logo stoped and went back to the M logo and so it keept doing the same.
I tried to do a Hard reset thinking that she may downloaded someting that caused the loop with Vol- and power keys but when I managed to get in to recovery I could not select any option, it only allowed me to scroll but not select.
If it never had been rooted can I still try to flash a new ROM? What can I do?
Flash a sbf of your region. FYI options can be selected by power button

I'd suggest reinstalling the stock firmware back onto you device. As that is probably the only way to fix it now.

Galaxy S4 i9500 bootloop

Hi, I have a Galaxy S4 I9500 and I'm using GEAR CM13
The ROM was working fine until a while ago, but now suddenly there's a bootloop. Last thing I remember doing was accidentally holding the power button a bit long (while trying to lock the phone) so the power off/reboot menu came up and and then I tried to exit from it, but the menu didn't go away and the phone entered into a boot loop
Now, the Samsung i9500 logo just keeps flashing every 5 seconds. I'm unable to enter into recovery mode. I can enter download mode but it just exits out of that after 5 seconds and starts flashing i9500 logo again. I read about a hack to remove battery as soon as I enter download mode and it worked. It stays on download mode now. ODIN recognizes the device. What can I do using ODIN to fix the bootloop? Is there any ODIN flashable zip? I'm on the latest [20160711] build. I have important data in my device. Please help me recover it
I know I can reflash stock ROM and from there, reflash GearCM13 but I do not want to lose data as much as possible. I'm trying for fixes which do not wipe my data partition. I will go ahead with the standard method if I do not find a fix to recover from bootloop without losing data.
Hi,
I would suspect the power button first (probably stuck). Some hits to the power button using a solid, hard surface will help.

non rooted s4 stucked on logo

my friend had s4 gi9505, non rooted phone ( on stock rom )
phone got discharged and after charging the mobile is stuck on samsung logo .
recovery mode is accesible.
is there any solution for this ??
please help
Try to go to recovery by holding power up and volume down or up - don't remember now - at the same time.
There will be an option for a factory reset. If you unsure post pictures here.
Please notice that after factory reset you will lose your data storage on internal memory. I advise you to remove sdcard before you do so.
