No problem that your English is bad, but I am not sure what you mean.
Do you mean when you turn on your phone the CLOUDS (weather clouds) are crossing with lag? That happens to me to, but only when I have Wifi on. There is lag because the device is busy with connecting to the Wireless connection.
When I do not have Wifi on and so it does not have to search when I turn it on, there is no lag.

Hello
Maybe you are talking about the activesync issue.
With my phone I have a lag (say 5s lag) when I switch on the phone while being off for a while (longer that the activesync update period which is 2 hours in my case).
It seems that this is due to activesync that tries to connect immediately and taking all phone resources.
I haven't found any workaround so far.

I'm sorry im not so professional on the Windows mobile , my previous phone was Sony ericsson P1i , anyway . could you tell me whats the Active Sync ?
Can i Solve this probelm ?
All of the HD2 has this problem ?
Yes all are affected by this...
When u turn off all automatic Download Options (Stocks, Weather, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Time Sync) and have Wifi not connected all the time, there is only very small lags when the taskbar is updating.
When u do not disable all auto data connection, the phone is busy with connecting (GPRS/EDGE, HSPDA or WiFi) and this is causing heavy CPU load...

My hardware buttons were also a little wobbly yes. Now they are starting to get more and more fixed. Just walk with your HD2 trough snow and rain, and the keys will learn they need to hold on tight if they don't want to fall of the device haha! No but seriously, my keys really feel better and better. Just use them for a month at least.

I do not know if the issue comes from activesync of your phone. It is an supposition. There can be many other reasons why you see this lag. Try to describe more what you have.
Activesync is the tool that is used to synchronize outlook (appointment, tasks, phone number, ...). You can find the application on "Start"->"tools"->"Connectivity" this is the green icon with two white arrows. I do not know if activesync is active on your phone.
If you do no need exchange sync, you can try is to go to "Menu"->"Schedule" and set "Manually" for both peak times and off-peak-time.
I confused :-(
Dear Friends
i disable that animation ...
Just tell me is a little lag normal or not ? ..
has iPhone 3g any LAG ?
Anyway , thank you for your guide ...
yes i´ve seen some lag on the Iphone 3Gs during heavy CPU load like connecting WiFi or GPRS too.
But u can´t compare it:
the iphone OS is completly hardware accelerated, but WM isn´t. The iPhone doesn´t even have animations on "homescreen", so u won´t be able to see some lag there.
I think it isn´t very hard to get an OS working smooth if it is made of only one screen where u can scroll some icons to the left or right. And the iPhoneOS is especially made for this device only, for this specific piece of hardware.
There are plenty of Windows Phones running the same OS, and this is the reason why microsoft is still #1 on home and buisiness PCs in the world.
COMPATIBILITY !
For me the iPhone will never refund any WM phone, cause i don´t want to have a phone which is not even able to play MP3 or send files to other phones via bluetooth...
Tested three HD2z - all of them exhibit a momentarily LAG while switching between menus (especially noticeable after startup) / during rapid-browsing between pictures / when the taskbar refreshed due to wifi's status or a frequency change, etc...
Some people don't really care... some others might be convincing themselves that there is no lag at all - but it's quite noticeable, and there is nothing you can do. maybe HTC will improve this in their upcoming manila/sense releases.

Thank you dear Friend ...
But i have this LAG on my Weather Animations On Today Page , For example could cross with a littel LAG Also At the Start when a push the icon's Up the cross with a littel LAG ..
My English Language is not so good, Could you tell this matter to HTC Support team & Then inform the Result to us ?
I noticed a lag when scrolling bottom sense scrollbar in direction from settings(last) to home(first). Sometimes it is also noticeable forward(home->settings) when weather animation is active. I set home wallpaper to be static and the lag in this direction was gone. Probably something with graphics acceleration. There is much more data on settings screen, so maybe after tap->slide procedure(when the semitransparent curtain with big settings icon activates), it takes much more graphics power to make it smooth. I tried many ROMs, but all of them suffered with this.
Installing chainfire patch makes no difference as weel as setting EnableVSync to 0. Also, the blinking taskbar icons when some animation is active don't look very nice.
Didn't find any solution, so any tip for this is welcomed...
Sorry if this has been brought up before (did have a search) but is it possible to have the dual LED's flash when I receive an SMS?
Many Thanks,
Crafty..
There is already a topic about this.
Conclusion:
only possible to activate LED if phone is not in powersave mode, so if you want this to work phone must always remain in a high power state, so battery life will be greatly diminished

Ah cool mate thanks did try and find another one but failed thought there must have been one..
i have been using android on my hd2 since day 1 it was booting on the hd2 ..with the help of HTC linux team ...thnx to them ....since day 1 it has got pretty stable now ! with almost many things working ..but i wonder there is no proper sleep mode ..coz when i press the call end button for it to sleep it still not suspends ...because maybe the linux doesnt allow the phone to suspend or to go in the sleep mode ...the backlight still runs ...and it sucks the battery ....! will there be any proper sleep mode on it ever ???
The pace of android development on the HD2 has been very quick. There are still a few non-working pieces. The developers have done their best to get the key operations functioning and the rest will follow. Just have patience, they are working harder than any of us deserve.
You are right ..... ..lets hope to get everything ...thanks to the DEV team !
Is this solved yet?
Dear ones,
What does suspend actually mean in the case of a smartphone? I mean, in the case of a computer the system responds only to wakeup calls in my experience.
In the case of a smartphone, does suspend mean practically the same thing? Linux suspend to RAM? Does it still listen for phone calls while suspended?
Blessings,
Shahar

Try the Battery Calibration app out (first charge to 100%) and report back:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1105949
Have you tried a factory reset yet? If so, like suggested before, a battery calibration might help as well.
Check to make sure your battery mode is on night time or performance. The battery saver mode is wacko for some reason. I was getting great battery life and then I got heat and fast drain. I couldn't find the culprit at first. Turns out for some reason I was in battery saver and let me tell ya something. The only thing worth saving in that mode is keeping my pocket warm in the winter.

Factory reset is the way to go, helped me with mine.
Mine has been not overheating. Im running Alien Rom and today it is starting to really lag and stuff is starting to force close
SO this is weird what im about to tell u is trick and a BUG so how is that possible here is how ::
When i open a game on my hd2 especially a hard on the graphics one like lets say { into the dead or beach buggy ]
u see when ever i start these gaames they freeze so how do i make them start and unfreeze the system .
JUST PUSH THE POWER BUTTON FOR SEC just like ur turrning the screen off not force shutdown the device or any thing
and click it again it will open the lock screen so open that and u will find the game working and actually very playable .
Its weird and the only workaround for it is by installing chainfire 3d but the problem is that most roms aren't compatible with it and if u install it on any ROM and reboot it may not boot again unless u reflash that ROM ...
So devs any easy fixes for this bug ""?>:":?>
Interesting solution, thanks for the info. One thing I have to point out though is that people will have to be careful doing this if they underclock their CPU when the screen is off as they may need to battery pull and restart. I tried listening to music with a 128MHz underclock on my HD2 once and the screen just wouldn't turn back on.
Does underclocking increase battery uptime? Cause as far as I know, the Voltage on 460-128MHz does not differ (atleast as for my kernel (example)). Therefore it won't change the draining of the batter - am I right?
If there is any difference, its very miniscule. I think leaving the CPU profiles as they are is probably the best solution.
