what you mean pc doesnt recognize? you mean mtp?
have you tried spflash tool on pc? phone should be detected on spflash tool , be sure to install mtk drivers.
Do you think your USB port on phone worked before this? If it was dead, change the little daughter board with the USB port.
If it worked: Get a flashable TWRP version for spflash tool, go to spflash tool, check only "recovery," click download, then plug in the USB wire to the phone. You can try holding up arrow or down arrow whilst plugging in the USB port to the phone. This Mediatek phone is awesome because it is really unbrickable. I had to be WAY more careful in following directions with my old HTC phones. I've had flashes fail on the Jiayu and it's always able to be recovered.

Hello all,
I have an LG G2 - D802 with CM-12.1 and TWRP as Recovery partition.
After the phone has undergone several software and one hardware bricks, I suppose there is something wrong with the phone's partitions because I cannot access the Recovery partition or the Download Mode when booting by using the key combination.
I found out by trying to do a clean flash of CM13 on the phone via TWRP and External memory via Mini USB - USB Memory stick and when I have deleted all partitions including the Internal Storage, System, Data, Cache & Dalvik Cache, I tried to flash the CM13+GoogleApps but then I have booted the phone I could see only the LG logo for a few seconds and then a black - on screen.
When I plugged the phone on my PC I could see a lot of partitions and I have followed a guide I found in the forum to unbrick. Then miraculously the phone had booted into the TWRP recovery without pressing any key combination. After that, I have restored to my precious backup.
Specifically then I'm trying to boot to Download Mode (to flash the Official LG Firmware and unroot), I turn the phone off, I press the Volume Up + Power, then when I see the LG logo I unpress and press the Power button but the phone keeps booting to my CM12.1 OS.
The same occurs when I 'm trying to boot to the Recovery parition (TWRP), however I can boot there via the CM's advanced reboot menu.
The reason I wanted to flash the Official Firmware and unroot is because I thought it will bring the Recovery and Download mode back..
How can I flash the correct images for the Download Mode and Recovery mode on the phone?
Also should I leave the Internal Storage intact instead of formatting via TWRP before I flash the new CM13?
thanks,

hi,
thanks for replying..
the quick reboot app can boot into Download Mode only for Samsung devices and do you mean SRK tool?
that's how I have unbricked my phone the other day when it showed all those partitions when I got it bricked..
so how can I use it to reflash the download mode and make the combination work?
also how can I go back to stock if I cannot enter the download mode?
and will the partitions be created if I'm using the download mode to flash the stock firmware?

I use quick reboot to boot into recovery....
yes srktools
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/tools-srk-tool-useful-toos-lg-root-twrp-t3079076
not sure how but it has nuke download so it can enter download mode.
i think when using flash tools it wipes everything and installs everything needed..
so you must try the srk nuke download. i have no idea how to use. i only know you can try that or.. a search for a way to get download mode...if you get error 9006 i think then you need to short circuit the motherboard to get download mode..

I have been there my friend, that was my Hardware Brick; I had a black screen and I had to short the circuit to get all those partitions back, then I could see all the partitions and reflash all the img via Linux.
Maybe I will try the SRK tool..

hello guys, I have used the URL raptorddd has posted!
also I have posted a reply with screenshots I have made during the procedure:
there is my reply post :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/lg-g2-unbrickable-fix-real-hard-brick-t2904404/post58490267#post58490267
have a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZD98phYTsM and this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZD98phYTsM
but I have shorted the part on the motherboard the guide shows and not the one in the videos
So I wiped the system partition on my LG G2/D800 (mostly out of stupidity) and now I'm stuck in the boot loop.
Symptoms are following:
1. Stuck in the boot loop
2. Will not go into download or recovery mode
3. When turning on the LG logo appears and disappears repeatedly
4. Device is not detected when plugged into the USB
5. Factory reset using VolDown+Power doesn't do anything
I've tried most of the ideas I've been able to find on the forum, but it looks like I'm stuck mostly because I cannot enter download mode and the phone is not detected in any way when plugged into the USB (no many partitions or anything).
Will be grateful for any ideas how to get out of it?

so vol up and then plug usb, does not take you to download mode?
if not try using srk tools.. if that doesnt work i think you need to short circuit your motherboard.

Indeed I cannot enter download mode with vol up then plug usb.
Good news is that I was able to enter qhsusb mode by short circuiting the moterboard. I used srktools to unbrick in qhsusb mode, however it didn't work. The linked guide recommends to flash only laf.img, aboot.img and boot.img. I don't really understand how flashing more can hurt. I also don't completely understand why flashing these should help. After all, I messed only with the system partition. I'll try to follow the guide more closely, but I'm thinking that a better idea would be to flash system partition in a qhsusb mode. I just need to figure out where to get system.img from.

So now I can consistently get into ghsusb mode by short curcuiting the motherboard, and I can flash img files with dd. I flashed every partition from the stock FW which was on my phone. Now when hold vol up and plug in usb, I'm ending up in a stock recovery. However, I still cannot enter download mode and the phone still suffers from boot loop if I choose to reboot the phone.

Hi,
I was flashing twrp with flashify when I just rebooted in recovery and since that moment my phone is stuch on an infinite bootloop showing me the:
"Recovery booting (recovery is not seandroid enforcing...)"
I'm plugging off the battery for some hours, but when plugged in nothing changed.
My phone has the usb port broken, so I can use it only to charge the battery, but no pc will recognize it.
Since the fact that I can't access download mode, or recovery mode to restore a nandroid backup, It's insane to buy a usb port to change it on the phone and try to link to a pc?
I mean, is there a way to access download mode?
Does JIG usb work in this situation of hard brick?
Any advice?
Thanks for answering.

You need a working usb to flash a custom recovery or an offical fw. I thought flashify needs root access to work?. Or if you already have root, you could adb to flash twrp but it's too late now.
Try getting into download mode. When it asks to proceed or cancel, choose cancel. Some people are lucky that the phone boot into system again but they need to fix the broken recovery later.

After 2 months of battery out, finally I got download mode to work, and pressing cancel my phone started.
Thanks.
But now it seems that there is no custom recovery installed, so when i go in custom recovery, the loop starts again.
How may I install again a custom recovery, knowing that:
1) I can't connect to pc, cm 12.1 has a bug, no pc recognizes my phone;
2) rom manager doesn't install any custom recovery on my phone;
3) flashify made my phone in boot loop, and I can't understand what I was wrong 2 months ago.
Thank you, man.
See your other post man .
Flash the tar version of TWRP using Odin. If there is no tar version, you can use Cygwin to convert an img file to a tar file.
recently my mom's phone lenovo a6000 was having some issues so i did a hard reset later it was stuck at lenovo logo after 2/3 hours of wait i decided to flash stock rom some how managed to get it into edl or download mode with and thn got some error with the flashtool i was usin (QFIL) and the phone completely died and was stuck in a black screen of dead some how it is showing in my device manager as qualcom 9008 something but it is un-useable and i cant flash anything nor i cant get out of 9008 mode
Can you get into download mode using volume down + power key? Does adb detect the phone? If yes, then flash this twrp recovery https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/recovery-lenovo-p70-t3296687 using adb and if that works, then simply download the stock zip (just search google Lenovo_A6000_S034_Q113507_20170301 zip ) and flash it in twrp recovery. It will take some time (10-30 minutes approx) to flash so be patient.
Reply back if you need clarification.

buddy firstly thanks alot for replying
my phone is completely dead it is some how stuck in 9008 it only gets detected in pc even when i take off the battery
and when i try to flash through qfil i get sahara and firehorse error thn the phone gets disconnected
guide me to get it out of 9008 mode tried everything but nothing is working is it possible to push it to adb from 9008 ?
thanks.
Sorry man, if my previous instructions didn't work and adb doesn't detect the phone then I can't help any further.
So I flashed a custom rom and it required a specific TWRP recovery. But after installing the custom rom I had to install another TWRP recovery otherwise it wouldn't boot into OS (this recovery was probably unsupported and thus my phone was forced to boot into OS)
So every time I wanted to boot into recovery mode I had to use an app like flashify and flash the first recovery to boot into recovery mode. And after finishing I had to flash the "unsupported" recovery again in order to boot into OS.
Now with the "unsupported" recovery, I installed Xposed and some modules and then restarted the device. And..........boom! The phone is stuck in a boot loop! And I can't even boot into recovery mode.
Now here's the other nightmares I'm getting:
1. Cant use ADB to flash a new recovery because my device is "unauthorized" and in order to fix that I need to go to developers option which is not possible (because of boot loop)
2. Uninstall Xposed: button combinations aren't working and I cant go to recovery mode to flash the uninstaller zip
3. vol up + vol down + power button doesn't open recovery because the recovery is "unsupported"
4. Can't even boot to fastboot mode by holding vol down + power. It tries to boot into OS and starts boot looping
5. Can't use sp flash tool to flash stock rom or recovery because whenever I connect the phone to PC, the phone tries to boot into OS and....you guessed it starts boot looping.
Now I'm out of ideas and really depressed. If anyone can help me out with this I'll be grateful forever.
My device is: Lenovo k4 note
Chipset: MediaTek MT6753
Currently on this recovery: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298981920
Got this recovery from here (recovery2): https://forum.xda-developers.com/k4-note/development/unofficial-resurrection-remix-5-8-2-t3570195
Thanks!

I think the pc cant dtect my device same problem bro after installing new rom it keeps on rebooting after the lenovo logo. Cant also access the recovery mode. Please help me
Bro I'm not an expert. Someone from XDA discord server helped me with this. And I actually forgot the exact thing I did to be honest. I downloaded the sp flash tool on pc and downloaded the stock rom. Then flashed it to the phone. You have to connect your device via USB before. For a detailed guide you can search on YouTube with something like "how to flash stock rom via sp flash tool"
Or ask in the discord server. They will surely help you.
How did you flash that? Can you please explain step by step
Check this link: https://firmwarefile.com/lenovo-k4-note-a7010a48
You can download the stock rom from here. And there is also a tutorial on how to flash it. I followed it. Hope that helps!

Thanks, the problem is my phone is struck on the Lenovo logo, it's not turning off but my computer deducted it as Lenovo device
If ADB can detect your device then you can just flash a new recovery and you should be fine. But as I said I'm not an expert so I'd suggest you to ask for help on the XDA discord server. That's where I got help from.
Did anyone found the solution?
Thanks
Can any one find the solution of that problem , because my lenovo k4 note also stuck on boot looping logo... and vibrate like bootup time
