Revert back to stock kitkat 4.4 - Lenovo A6000/Plus Questions & Answers

I want to flash official stock rom kitkat 4.4 without pc...
Anybody knows???

download the stock 4.4.4 rom and place in to the external storage
Now reboot your device into recovery mode by hold down volume up, volume down, and power button together. On the screen menu, choose wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition and select apply update from sd card then navigate to the Stock Rom file that have been downloaded. Hit enter by press power button to start process downgrade. Wait until process downgrade finished. Good luck.

You must also format system in mounts and storage to make it work,
So wipe data, clear cache and dalvik cache, format system and flash the miui rom TWICE IN A ROW (really, not kidding). Let it boot and than reboot again

You should wipe cache, dalvik cache, wipe data/factory format, and in mount and storage format system. Then flash Miui twice in a row, reboot, boot up and reboot again. That should do it. Miui has different system than Samsung

Do you have a working backup in recovery? Try to restore that, if not it`s best to flash back to stock rom for now. You can always root it and try again. For the binary count you should buy a jig to reset the counter.
Try to read about rooting and always enable usb-debugging when flashing custom roms/kernels
Look in Intratech`s thread for your stock rom, he almost has them all
Good luck

About Evo x3 ROM

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1757125
Is this rom for stock?
What is OTA updates for?
How to install the ROM? Anyone can teach?
Thanks You
To answer your questions
It replaces stock rom - you overwrite stock rom with a custom rom
OTA - over the air - updates system apps & may contain bug fixes
How to install
Enter cwm (if you don't know what this is there are plenty of guides search)
Wipe data & system
Mount system
Install zip from sd card
Select zip
Restart
This is the process for any flashable zip file except with updates you don't wipe data or system
You need to root your phone before you Flash a custom rom - again there are plenty of guides for rooting

[Q] Recovery Mode, Where do I go from here?

So the situation is... I was trying to remove the shutter sound from my camera, and so I followed some steps from a guide, and went to rename the files in system/media/ui, and renamed 2 camera files and added .off at the end, I then rebooted my phone.... and now I'm in recovery mode.
Information: phone rooted, don't have CWM, downloaded titaniumbackup but never used. What are my options from here? Is there anyway to get access back to those files n rename them back? Is my only option factory reset? :/
Thanks ahead.

Can't go back to stock rom

I've recently updated my phone to the unofficial CM 13 , and now that the official android 6.0 for my phone is released I wanted to update to it. The problem is that the official way of updating is holding both volume buttons and power button while phone is turned off, but that takes me to the recovery of the installed CM13. I tried flashing the stock recovery, and the furthest i got was that the installation began , but got stuck at 0 %.
Note that when I tried installing CM13 , there was a problem with the package identifying my device, so i searched and found out that i can skip the device check, once i did that i could install CM13, but when i go to about phone in settings , i find that device type is unkown.

How can I flash the stock rom with CWM , because I believe it's only flashable with the stock recovery , and I tried flashing it with the stock recovery but it didn't work .
You dont need the stock recovery. Just boot into CWM or TWRP and wipe cache & davlik cache.
Then power off the phone. When its off hold the power button and the + and - buttons.
When the Huawei Ascend logo shows up let go of the power button and keep holding the + and - buttons until the installation screen shows up.
Take off the case off the phone if you have any.

Thank you JJEgan,
Sorry for posting in wrong forum.
I just need some help to understand the below with the ROM installation
Rom Installation: (do I follow these steps alone?)
1. Download Phronesis rom and save it to your phone memory or sd card
(these step I understand - I will copy the rom to thesd card
2. Get a good recovery. TWRP recovery recommended, 2.8.7.0. Newer versions are not supported
(I have downloaded TWRP 2.8.7.0)
How do I install this?
3. Boot into recovery, factory reset (full wipe, clean install is recommended). Make choices in Aroma.
I get into TWRP recovery mode (volume up/home/power)
Make choices in Aroma? what choices must I make here?
4. Optional flash kernel of choice if you're
This is not so clear to me...
The other I understand. Just points 2, 3 and 4 I need help with to understand.
4. Reboot after successful install and wait for best rom in town to build. Allow about 10 - 15 minutes for first boot.
5. Your phone will reboot once after the first boot to complete customizations..
6. Sit back and enjoy
I will appreciate the help to understand more.
many thanks

Thank you JJEgan,
Rom Installation: (do I follow these steps alone?)
>>>>>Via Odin it should be a TAR file .
3. Boot into recovery, factory reset (full wipe, clean install is recommended). Make choices in Aroma.
I get into TWRP recovery mode (volume up/home/power)
>> Next is flash ZIP from sd card .
Make choices in Aroma? what choices must I make here?
>> What you want or defualts .
4. Optional flash kernel of choice if you're
This is not so clear to me...
>> Ignore unless you have problems later there are multiple kernels you can try .
4. Reboot after successful install and wait for best rom in town to build. Allow about 10 - 15 minutes for first boot.
YES if takes longer remove battery 5 mins then factory reset .

Open Odin, uncheck everything except f reset time. Flash TWRP. When you see the word "reset" in the status window, remove USB cable from the phone, remove battery from the phone, replace battery, boot into recovery using power+vol up+home.
