hello,
i'm using redmi 2 ,running cm14.1 latest official version. my 2nd sim slot is causing boot loop ..
when i insert sim on 2nd sim slot and try to switch on it shows mi logo . the again it restarts . and the procedure continues ..
i also tried flashing latest official miui on the device ..in the miui it shows no sim card .even if i use both sim slot both shows no sim card inserted..but phone is working fine without inserting any sim in the 2nd sim slot ...
tried switching to the gsm mode , or 3g mode of LTE mode .. none of this helped .. in every case 2nd sim causing boot loop in cm14 and no sim card in miui (even if i insert 1st sim along with 2nd sim it shows no sim card for both of this sim slots)
sim used JIO 4G & airtel sim

also used docomo sim and reliance sim on
2nd sim slot ..in both of this cases results are same..

Same problem here. Even Idea SIM doesnt work. And Vodafone too. Only thing that we can do now is to wait for someone to find the solution, visit the service centre or perform this in the order given:-
1. Remove both sims and boot.
2. Insert sim(Airtel/voda etc) in 2nd slot and boot.
3. Remove sim from 2nd slot(airtel/voda etc) & put jio in 1st slot and boot.
4. Then try booting with both the sims

I have LG g2 from verizon, It is unlocked all my sim cards were working on it.. now when i factory reset my mobile it is showing insert sim card when i insert it is showing you have inserted unknown sim card.. i tried my 2-3 sim cards same issue.. even i am seeing sim signals showing and sim pin code it is also asking and also sim data working but i cannot see home screen it does not process further please help me...

My yu have a problem that is sim 1 slot does not work occasionally. But after reboot it works. Is it due to the problem with the custom rom or sim slot??
I don't know if it is the right place for this.Because this a weird problem with a weird solution.I am using jio sim in second slot ( I don't know why I had inserted in second slot and now I can't use the the sim in first slot... ).
Now here is the problem.Whenever I am flashing new ROM,on the 1st boot phone is freezing at boot animation(not mi logo) and restarting again and again.
Now the weird solution :laugh: .If both sim removed , then it is booting good.After first successful boot without both sims, I have to insert jio sim in the second slot and let it boot.After second successful boo, have to insert another sim oin first slot (without jio sim) and let it boot.After 3rd successful boot, have to insert both sim. Now it is good to go.

I have a Redmi 2 (1GB ver), on first SIM slot of which I used Reliance JIO SIM. Now whenever I insert any other SIM other than JIO on First slot 'No SIM card' error occurs(for 2nd SIM too). I had reset the phone but the problem not solved. Also I did clean install via fastboot but the problem not solved. Please help me.
I believe my mobile has duel sim but 1 sim working fine and 2nd sim not detect nothing .. I just give a screenshot any one any suggestion >??
