Best Stock ROM SM-G530H 4.4.4 or 5.0.2?
i think Stock ROM SM-G30H 5.0.2 is better than 4.4.4 in Performance, SystemUI & Internet Connection, but 5.0.2 take more storage than 4.4.4
for example, i've play moba online game "Vainglory" in my SM-G530H 4.4.4, EVERY 10-15 minutes i played that game, i've got DC (Disconnected), i think that's because my bad internet connection, but it's wrong, all my friend play that game in the same place & same wifi connection with me didn't get DC
after update my device to Stock ROM 5.0.2, i never get thats problem again

Everything was great, with 4.4.4 and my model changed to GT-I9505G.
Today, i receive and update to Android 5.0 !!!!!!! I was so happy !!!

I tried downloading the OTA with adb... and the same thing happend Tried to erase the first part of some code i saw on Youtube... and another error.
I dont know what to do, its a direct update, what i am doing wrong ?
I am root and have touch CWM.

3 weeks ago I made the purchase on ebay a Sprint Galaxy S4 SHP-L720, according unlocked for any carrier, I use it in Mexico, but I have the following problems:
My galaxy s4 comes with a custom rom Wonder Negalite-Rom
the rom does not work well because the applications are automatically closed.
the version of the software is the L720VPUAMDC, and according to this version is for android 4.2.2 and I have installed 4.4.2.
I have no backup to return to a stock rom.
GPS never connected, all the time is looking for satellites
the battery is discharged quickly, I have tried others and got it.
as I can do to return to a stock rom, but since I s if the rom that I installed is the L720VPUAMDC, or upgrade to the newest.
that risk if I took the flash to L720VPUAMDC, I read that this process is phones die, and that will remove the custom recovery, and custom rom to install a stock rom.
someone who can help me with this process.

How to install Lollipop my grand prime SM-G530FX. Samsung has not released offial Lollipop to SM-G530FX. but some people have upgraded it to Lollipop. I googled. But I can't find any custom Rom For my phone. please help me

Here's a way if you have experience with updating firmwares and more..
1. Downgrade to kitkat by downloading the KSA firmware from this page : https://samsung-firmware.org/model/SM-G530H/page/11
2. follow the steps on this page ::: http://trueandroid.com/root-g530hxcu1anl4-android-4-4-4-kitkat-firmware-galaxy-grand-prime-sm-g530h/
good luck, if you end up with a bricked phone then just download the 4.4.4 firmware again and do the way again.
Hello, recently my friend asked me for help with his Galaxy S5 G900F. He has bought it from Asia, it's fully stockish but it doesn't update nor through OTA nor through Kies, so he's stuck with 4.4.2. He asked me to root his phone and install latest stock samsung firmware available. I've searched and read the forums for a while, but I'm worried I might screw something up.

So, could someone be so kind to help me? What root method would be best for this problem? CF or something else? And can I simply root the device and straight away flash 6.0 rom through odin, or do I have to do something else? Also, what stock rom is best atm (region =EU/Poland).
Flash a rom for SM900F From Sammobile.com and then flash TWRP 3.0.0, both via odin, and then you can easy root.
