It will take a day or two for your phone to optimize the new update and you should see a more familiar battery life.

Okay, but how do you access the FM Radio?
*edit* Never mind. Just use the Next Radio app.

It works great I am running mine on condensed its great. Allows me to check one more thing off the list of items I need root for. If I could just get V4A working I would be happy without root.
I have been really impressed with the frequency of updates for the S7 Edge, the updates for the S6 seemed to come months after launch for ciritical issues. Glad to see they are on top of it.

Hi all, getting to grips with my s7 edge now but as I've come over from ios I was wondering if there is any way to get my phone to notify me when wifi networks are available? This was a good thing about iOS in my opinion. Any help is greatly appreciated.

just confirming, on the international Exynos version, latest SIM-free firmware, I don't get the option either. Know exactly what you're wanting.... used to be able to do on my One M8, but I get the distinct impression that Samsung have removed user control over a great many aspects of phone operation in the international version of the phone. It's very annoying!
Yeah it's very annoying.. Any apps or tweaks that will do this?

Odd. It's on the US Sprint version.
According to Sammobile, the N910t3 version should be reviving the update now. I have the 910T version but the server says it's at its daily limit and to check back again. The Note Edge also is receiving it, apparently. I have a good feeling that once the server comes back up the 910T will have it as well. It's not showing on Sammobile.com or Smart Switch yet.

True, and we don't need two threads about it.

tmobile is testing nougat update now
Check in tmo updates page
I Twitter bombed them a day or two ago asking if I needed to go to Sprint for my Nougat update. Sprint seemed happy to chime in. Maybe a few more folks can chime in on Twitter or Facebook to help keep them aware of our wants.

1st step manufacter development and now 2nd step tmo test
TMO has been posting that its all their special apps, like gogo in flight, that is causing the delay. Those apps, however, are all found on other Samsung TMO devices. What's so special about the Note5 that makes it harder to upgrade?
Supposedly Nougat update for 920t (TMO) coming out today or tomorrow. Keep refreshing that software update check.

I think that feature requires carrier support which is why it changes to not available.
I don't think it's available in the USA at the moment? Not until carriers decided to support it.
Works fine for me on Sprint and US Cellular.
