The ones on APK mirror are for ARM64 devices, not ARM devices like the Moto g4+.

It doesn't exist yet for arm devices.

latest google cam app is awesome
but cant install it .

Dude, use this stock camera from nougat http://www27.zippyshare.com/ktvHxJ8n/file.html, just flash it, i have orion custom rom and ir works fine for me

This is extracted from Moto G4 Play 7.1.1. I have tried this on my Moto G4 Play 6.0.1 and everything works except settings and dialer. Others can be installed on marshmallow and should work on Moto G4 plus

I have tried all of them but contacts gave me error also I've installed moto app but i can't notice any changes even icon haven't changed.

Don't know what you mean with "rebooted (hard)" but if you mean that your phone will be hard reset(wiped) then: no
