LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
This thread is for Unofficial LineageOS 14.1 builds for klimtwifi (SM-T700 and very soon SM-T800). The following will not be supported here:
Custom kernels
Mods
Xposed
I don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:
Flashed a custom kernel
Installed or did mods from untrusted sources
Modified system files
First time flashing LineageOS 14.1 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash LineageOS
Install the Google Apps addon package (Optional)
Reboot

@nvertigo67 (for his work on chagallwifi)
@Nexorrr (for his work on chagalllte)
Known hardware bugs:
Fingerprint sensor not working yet.
Known lineageOS bugs:
Setup wizard doesn't give option to restore device from Google yet.
Suggested:
Format data and cache as f2fs since you have to clean flash to this anyways.

Already installed! Looking good so far
I look forward to giving this a try soon. I take it the the camera issues listed also means that the video issues that were present in the AOSP ROMs are in this ROM as well?

No the video issues are not in this rom.
Video is working perfectly.
Camera will be fixed in the next hour or so, I broke the camera with a typo.

I was going to wait for the weekend, but I might just have to flash this tonight!!!! I can't wait!
Perhaps @malosasha would like to take a look at your fixes and see if they can be applied to the AOSP ROM.
Awesome!! Any chance of an OMS version until Lineage Theme Chooser is available?

You know what, I've been using it for an hour or two, and it is definitely worth upgrading to this.
Biggest bonus thing I've found in Nougat that I didn't really see use for in a phone...setting the "Display size" up a few notches in the settings.(without the dpi hacks from older android) and having much better control over ui size without dpi hacks.
I couldn't deal with the small dpi's...and some apps would screw up if you blew it up too much.
Nougat seems to be doing a great job handling this now.
Did a dirty flash of current version with the camera fixed over previous version. No stock camera app showed up so I installed "Open Camera". That works, so it looks like you need a clean flash to get the stock camera app to show up. Great job on this ROM...
im ready to flash this on my T800 when its out

I assume you mean stock LineageOS, as there are LineageOS roms with OMS for Substratum.
Example: LineageOS with OMS for Moto G4

Ya I figured that might happen, the camera app is actually there but it just gets hidden.
Clean flash will have camera though, I did it on mine.

Krexus-CAF is what the name implies. The Krexus unique combination of mods, on top of a clean uptodate and latest CAF source.
Built mainly of top of AOSP-CAF (with permission) and using only what's necessary from all the other great non-nexus device supporting ROMs (CyanogenMod, Dirty Unicorns, AOSPB, Tesla etc), Krexus-CAF tries to provide the maximum compatibility possible with CM-based device trees while keeping a small ROM base.
Lead Developer: @KreAch3R
About Krexus:
Krexus was born out of a simple necessity. The latest releases of stock Android (namely lollipop and marshmallow) were pretty close to my idea of a perfect android ROM, yet missing some elements, which are meant to be included in stock Android, at least for me. Starting from a clean AOSP environment, only specific features and fixes are included, which are personally tested, with one goal in mind. To create a stock like android ROM, "as it should be".
This means, and I mean it, a ROM like how stock nexus image should be, for me.
This isn't going to get bloated. Most UI "features" are already there.
This isn't going to start picking commits relentlessly, I will test them personally and only add things that 1) work like they should 2) would fit in a stock ROM.
This isn't going to be updated very quickly. Only security and bug fixes will be pushed out ASAP.
This is going to follow Google's & AOSP guidelines as closely as I can.[/SPOILER]

Everyone is going with OMS coz of a reason.
@Rajeev and if BJRR is going to go with OMS then I guess I'll have to drop the idea since I don't want to clutter the oneplus3 forum with redundant threads all containing the same features.

What is XOSP and how was it born?
XOSP stands for the Xperia Open Source Project. The project was initially created by me (@nilac) for the Galaxy S+ (my old device) years ago. Back then the ROM was called S+ Reborn. The vision was to create a minimal bloat free ROM which included Sony Xperia specific apps and various tweaks users would expect from a custom ROM.
S+ Reborn became a success and was eventually ported to different devices so from there I rebranded and XOSP project was founded. I worked on the project for 2 years always trying to improve it. Eventually, Because of the fact Lollipop was buggy on my Galaxy S+ (Which I maintained xosp for at the time) I decided to take a break from development until I got my hands on the Zenfone 2 in 2015 and from then I started again the development of XOSP and continued it ever since.
What Represents a Release and what represents a Revision?
Revisions include small changes such as bug fixes/improvments etc.. (Usually there are made like 3 revisions per-release).
Releases are the main "stable" builds with all new planned features implemented and bugs fixed.
You can find all the included features right:
Here
You can find the list of current issues in the ROM right:
Here
Not able to disable navigation button backlit(5 sec default) - Using soft buttons solves the issue.

Nice
is root included?(built in root) or have to flash it
and does it support F2FS
Would love to try it but sadly can't complete the download, trying for over 2h yet it keeps disconnecting me and the transfer rate is about 100kbps
Seems pretty smooth so far, but what's with the persistent su icon on the notification bar?? Pretty annoying.
Will see how this works as a driver and look forward to future development!

GPS is a bit iffy. I'm currently on the motorway. Whilst the lock is quite fast accuracy is off. It says I'm driving through fields alongside the motorway! Lol. This is thru Google maps.
Personally I don't use GPS on the phone that much but potentially something that needs a bit more of a look

This is on every OP3 CM ROM. So far Xenon only ROM I can deal with, no field driving per-say, but I'd look like a race car warming it's tires if I mimicked the icon on mine! lol - I use it almost 8 hours a day!

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Reporting Bugs :
DO NOT Report bugs if you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Nice! Happy with your Stock 7.1.1 rom so far but will try in the future.
PS: When you say battery mod is working do you also mean the new turbopower mod or just the old incipio mod?

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system we ported some changes from Cyanogenmod/LineageOS and CodeAurora repos.
Please do not ask for features to be added because we're not going to add more to keep this ROM small, fast and pure.
But Exceptions are always there..

Installation
First time or clean install:
Download the ROM from the link above
Download Gapps Bean Gapps or Gapps (Beans gapps preferred)
[OPTIONAL]Download ThemeReady GApps package for N (arm)
Put the zip files on your SDCard
Reboot in Recovery
Wipe System,Data,Cache
Select "Install zip from SDCard"
Choose AOSP ROM zip file
Choose GApps zip file
[OPTIONAL]Choose TBO GApps zip file (needed for complete theming of some Gapps with OMS overlays)
Flash
Reboot system
NOTE: the "dirty" flash to update an existing version DO NOT NEED any new re-flash of Gapps and TBO... integrated BackupTool during rom install will backup your gapps (already installed) and restore them after rom update!
General notes
Rom is Unrooted by default so use Magisk to get root privileges and bypass SafetyNet.
Theming: rom has from this build the new SUBSTRATUM THEME ENGINE. Use the integrated Substratum app to apply OMS overlays (OverlaysManagerService). Latest Substratum is rootless!

Can you provide some screenshots about this ROM, please? looks like this ROM is interesting.
I love your pure Android version. May I give one feedback? I don't know whether its a bug or a feature, but the LED notification color does not change from white, even if I set it to different color.

Another issue is with Lucky Patcher, it cannot patch the different apps. It gets stuck at Analyzing results.

@mayu19 how is signal reception? is it stable ? I used RR and signal fluctuates a lot. I moved from 7.9.22 dev rom.
Came from lineage age and I might stay at this Rom. Everything works like a charm, maybe the battery is drained a bit faster than on lineage, but I am not 100 percent sure. Apart from that perfect as a daily driver...

Well, that's nonsense. I'm not an user of Lucky Patcher but I can see it can be used not for ilegal purposes only. If you say so, you should also disallow users to make a root. From one side you say you won't support Lucky Patcher, but on the other you encourge users even in first post to "use Magisk to get root privileges and bypass SafetyNet.".
That is absolutetly hypocrisy!
And one more thing. If you choose apps which will be not available to use on this rom then you are definetly not allowed to call it an AOSP rom as it is not stock at all but "stock with your ethical additives".
That's my voice in the discussion.

There is a big difference between too and lucky patcher . Why are you even getting so hyper if you don't use lucky patcher ? Keep calm , this is a community and we believe in peace and harmony. Being a dictator isn't gonna do any good to no one and if you don't even use any piracy app , then stop being so offended. Be a good peep and just keep patience and calm. No one is here to bash on no one. If you don't like the rom , just hope to another one. Do think , that the dev themselves work for you for free and just want nothing in return , just some thanks and appreciation for their hard work and the time they put on working for a rom.
