You need to flash TWRP 3.3.1 for tb x704f or l will work on x704v. There's lineage 15.1,16.0,17.0 or 17.1 you can flash for your tb x704v. I know this works 100% because I own the same tablet. The lineage roms are for the f and l versions but they work on the tb x704v. If you need help let me know

Even flashed and installed Dolby Atmos on my rooted tb x704v sounds amazing and very much works
