topaz camera, slow focalization

using my topaz camera, focalization is really slow and this is not good when i need to take a picture quickly. any registry tweak or something else to solve this problem?

I changed my ISO from Auto to 800, it helped me out. Also turned Keep Backlight to Off (although I have no idea why that helped, but it did as well).

It's probably stating the obvious, but the TD2 camera is not for taking pictures quickly. All small digicams are slow, the TD2 is slower still. I guess all the work (focussing, exposure evaluation, colour balancing etc) is being done by the main phone processor. A proper camera is optimised for this, probably with a dedicated chip to do the work.
Using ISO 800 will give a shorter shutter speed to minimise blur in low light, but I find the quality poor, with interference lines and noise in the picture. The noise is expected, but the interference is a TD2 problem.

I did have one more thought, though. Rather than leave ISO and colour balance on "auto", set them both manually, the camera might take pictures more quickly, because it hasn't got to calculate as much. Use ISO 100 for sunlight, 200 for cloud, 400 for indoors and 800 for emergencies!

As you can see, It looks like it has a real low bit setting.
I have these wierd colors when i'am about to take a picture, and have them when I video record. and as you can see, also when I take the picture.
some info:
HTC HD2 with Artemis V8.0 Co0kie home tab 1.61
Cam settings to 5Mp super fine, wide screen off, cleane lens.
all other settings are default.
plz help me to get this fixed.

I am having the same issue but for me i just realized when reading your post.. its only been bad since i enabled "Superfine in camera setting.. im gonna try and see with my hd2 if it makes the difference. i recommend the same for you.

No, didn't do any changes.
Maybe Artemis has default changes.

Hi!
This is an odd one but I really need a specific, older ROM. I had a ROM installed and when you used the video camera (or perhaps it was for photos) it gave you a crazy slightly trippy visual, usually green and pink and in either lines or triangles.
I believe the issue was fixed with a patch, but I want the ROM with the issue.

i think if you set it to full screen then this issue appears.

FreeX10 Beta 3/4 without the camera patch did that. Also Wolfbreak's CM 004 did that on 720p(High).
PS: I am suffering from memory loss lately. Check it yourself or wait for confirmation

That must have been my ROM i think. My ROM was the first ROM with working Camcorder but it had green lines in 720p it was like someone said earlier in a Version between 4 to 5
The Picture is showing AOSP Camera so i think my ROM or zdzihu one.

Thank you everyone for your input. I actually found an old backup I had by chance! It was actually rendeiro2005's [Cyanogen6.1.3]gingerbread[v01] but I guess it was in a few roms. Why I need this is a secret for now (nothing dev related!) but might explain later

Camera effects

Hi guys!
As I said before, I come from a very large list of Xperia phones xD, and one of the things I miss more is the "selective color" effect, mainly to get photos like this ones
You pick a object in the screen, and just shows the color of that thing (and all the things with that color) and every other thing is in gray scale, first picking blue

U know if there's an app in the samsung camera that can do something like that? there is a effect called "Orange Kiss" but only shows orange/red things and can't be modified, so that one nope
If can't be in samsung camera, another app that u know that can be make something similar?

I found it, is called Magic Color filter, it does almost the same but on a predeterminated "effects" (U can't select the object u want), is good but not as Sony's, hope somebody else knows another one, but this is good too, thanks bro!
Anyone knows if using a different camera software will make lower quiality photos? I mean, I don't think samsung let another apps use their software process.....

H870 running super slow and CPU seems kinda locked

Hey,
so I did research for like 3 days but I can't find any solutions relating to my problem. My G6 ist running on v30b so its updated to the newest version. But at easiest tasks it is so laggy and stuttering. Playing games you can forget about, also apps like Snapchat are a disaster. I deleted or disabled all bloatware I could find.
So I tried this CPU "benchmark" and it seems like the CPU is kinda locked or limited at 1GHz. The performance is dropping to red but the CPU still stays at the excactly same level, why? (Screenshot) The max CPU clock also says 1,59 GHz there first. The G6 wasnt hot at all ans not charging.
I was irritated and like 10 minutes later I started a new test. Now the Max clock was correct and it also started at 2Ghz but after 1 minute it dropped all the way down to 1GHz and stays there at the same level. The performance is completely red. I really cant unterstand why this is happening, hoping some of you can help me.

Second test

Virus/trojan - run bitdefender or kaspersky scan.
Some adware/bitmining program. Full backup, then full reset of phone to factory fresh.
Something broken with the hardware - eg the cooling pipe inside the phone.
