I have a Verizon galaxy s5 running on T-Mobile. I've looked all over and cant find a working rooting method. I know its a lot to ask but if anyone can help me out id appreciate it. My firmware is mmb29m.g900vvru2dpj2 , kernel version 3.4.0 , on android version 6.0.1. All I want to do is root it to erase all the bloatware but its been annoying I haven't been able to yet.
Thank you and God Bless.

Using CF-Auto-Root. Unziping and flashing this FILE via ODIN. The root support for this device is till android 4.4.2 but it should work too for Lollipop.
Any way possible without a pc?
Hello,
I have a samsung galaxy s4, i337 locked by ATT. My current android version is 5.0.1 and my baseband version is I337UCUGOC4. Can you please give me detailed steps or link on how I can install stock android by google the latest version 5.0.1 or later. This is my first try and I have read alot of threads but I am getting confused so wanted some clarification may be with screenshots would be great.
Any help appreciated.

To clarify: Stock means unchanged ROMs, you in fact are now on the latest stock ROM for your device and carrier (AT&T and TouchWiz).
Since AT&T locked the device bootloaders, it's impossible to flash Google ROMs on it (that version needs a different kernel and that's where the bootloader comes into play).
Thanks for the clarification. I prob. misspoke in that case. I wanted to install custom ROM but one which is out of the box given by google without all the samsung apps and stuff. Prob similar to what is on Nexus at this point.
Thanks
Ok, my device is the Note 4 SM-N901C, Baseband is: N901CXXU1BOE1, Thailand. I rooted it recently and I might revert back to stock as I am just not needing it rooted right now. Not really taking full control over it like I wanted. I was wondering if there is any way to get 5.1.1 for my device and if Marshmellow could be installed using another baseband for my model? Forgive these questions, I am not much up to date on all the root, baseband, kernel lingo and don't know much about it. This is my first Samsung, and possibly my last since they are super slow in releasing OS updates. I am still stuck on 5.0.1 while the rest of the world is sporting 5.1.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
So, ive been looking for this and i cant find a simple stock rom on 5.1.1, main problem is im on a mac and sometimes Heimdall dont wanna cooperate with the roms i find, so any help pwould be very appreciated.
thank you!
