Color accuracy isn't very good, especially for an IPS panel. Definitely a disappointment if you're used to the very saturated AMOLED displays, or even higher quality IPS displays. Blacks are pretty good, but color accuracy seems, at least subjectively, not much better than that of my Moto E 2015.
Both of the sites below have measured the Honor 6x screen for color accuracy/temperature/brightness/contrast etc. No need to ask opinions. On one of the sites, you can plug in your favorite phone to see how its results measure up to the Honor 6x.
http://www.phonearena.com/reviews/Honor-6X-Review_id4303
http://www.tomsguide.com/us/honor-6x,review-4137.html
For color accuracy, the 6X's Delta-E rating of 3.28 was once again better than the smartphone average (4.1), as well as the scores of the LeEco (4.99) and the Axon 7 Mini (3.92). (Numbers closer to 0 are better in this test). Once again, the Moto G4 Plus sported superior numbers, with a Delta-E rating of 2.33.
The one area where the Honor 6X fell a bit flat was color range. Covering 114 percent of the sRGB gamut, the 6X trails the LeEco Le S3 (137 percent) and the ZTE Axon 7 Mini, whose OLED screen hit 177 percent. The Moto G4 Plus' color range was more limited.
Color accuracy isn't very good
it is moderate and can not be differentiated with end user perspective. Not all the users can really understand or differentiate this so this is not an issue here at all.
Not so good but not bad either.moderate you can say
Bright colors are nice. Feels good to watch HD movies.
not that great..but ok
Good for the price.
Colors aren't great. Videos and images looked washed out and dull.

EMUI is the user interface that comes on installed Honor and Huawei phones. EMUI features Huawei Home, phone manager, themes, media apps, and is heavily baked in to the entire system UI. While EMUI has a lot of great features to offer (Screen recording, gesture controls, camera app ect.) many people have serious complaints about it.
For a long time, EMUI has been considered one of the more negative aspects of getting an Honor or Huawei device. Over the years EMUI has evolved to be much better and now hosts a great selection of valuable features.
The Honor View 10 can get plenty bright in outdoor situations. I have never had an issue.

if you came from a phone with 100% ntsc or an amoled you will be disapointed, the reds and greens are about 50% off in terms of accuracy the only accurate color are the blues.
the phone has 84% ntsc color accuracy only
i couldn't demo this phone before i bought it, i could have got a mi 8 for the same price with a samsung oled panel
You can tell this is where corners were cut. The color accuracy is mediocre, it leaves a bit to be desired. Reds are somewhat washed out, greens could be more refined, and whites have a blue-ish tone.

I used my old Motorola Moto G 1st gen to calibrate the screen but the Poco screen don't even come close to the Moto G screen. I think the Moto G 1st gen has one of the best IPS screen in terms of color accuracy even for todays standard.
hTC Produced some of the super-fine LCDs with their SuperLCD
here the below link might help you why it was better, until LTPS showed up

My present color caliberation on Pixel Experience pie plus.
Enjoy.
On pixel experience keeping Blue at 97% while 100% Red and Green in colour calibration gives great colour viewing.

I wouldn't call it great, this tries to achieve an impossible task on a below average screen / display.
It somewhat tries to blnket the issue and fails miserably.

Not an app. Its an in-built feature available in most of the custom roms, its called "Live Display".
I am currently on Evo X even they have this feature.

I compared the Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 screen, both in the same place and same time, with the screen of my LG G7 in the 3 minutes supermax brightness mode. Both huawei phones had the flash of my LG G7 directly pointed in the ambient/light sensor. I disagree with all the reviews I've seen. Everyone will the you the Mate 20 Pro has a "better" screen, but I doubt anyone has really compared them side by side outdoor. IMHO if you look for sunlight visibility, the Mate 20 and its RGBW screen is the one to get. The Mate 20 Pro screen was less bright than my G7, although it was beautiful and the color was very stable from every angle thanks to the AMOLED screen. The Mate 20 was indeed brighter than my LG G7 (remember I was in the in the 3 minutes 1000+ NITS mode), so I guess that must be one of the brightest screen ever made to date. I'm writing to inform anyone and to ask owners of the mate 20 to test the max brightness of their phones. Does it shut off after 3 minutes as my LG or is it usable for few hours outside? That's a very important factor to me, and I couldn't test the phones as much as I would as my time was limited. Thanks to anyone sharing their comments.

No word on the visibility outdoors? I'm trying to choose between a Realme 6 pro or a Redmi Note 9 Pro, and visibility in direct sunlight is a big factor. From what I've read and seen Realme's display is quite dim. How does the Redmi Note 9 Pro compare?
No problems at all, best phone I've had for screen brightness in sunlight.....I'm talking about the 9S btw
The brightness is very good in my opinion. Complete visible in direct sun light.

No problem with outdoors here. I had to choose between the 2 too and took 2 pieces of the Note 9 Pro instead of the Realme 6 Pro. Yes, I bought 2...

Thanks guys, makes the choice alot easier for me.
Any preference for the tianma vs huaxing panel? I've read the gsmarena and notebookcheck reviews with panel measurements. There are some noticeable differences in black value, contrast and color accuracy between them. They don't list the panel manufacturers though.
Brightness in sulight very good

Which one is better? And why are there two different types of panels in the same device?
I'm thinking of buying this device and have heard tianma panels aren't good. What should i do?
Very good I think it's around 600nits when using auto brightness.

I don't know about Note 9 Pro, but mine is Note 8 which has tianma panel.
I've been using it for 6 months. 15% brightness indoor and 75% brightness outdoor but I spend most of the time indoor. I can tell you, there is a slight ghosting on my screen now.
How well do you know your fifty shades of grey? Rate this thread to express how good the Moto G9 Power's display contrast is. A higher rating indicates that black is true black, rather than a very dark gray.

Black levels are pretty dark. Twice as good as G8 power and hugely better than Realme devices in the same price range. The contrast ratio of the IPS display is quite good at 1294:1
Good enough for watching horror movies under the blanket.
Pretty good.
The content consumption value of the device is very comfy, ngl.

I saw it happen once, so far. I bought the phone in March of this year, fwiw.
But it is not a regular occurrence, so YMMV.
