I rebooted it and the easyconnect for mirroring from iphone or android is gone
And i need to update the system to fix some problem so i download a new system from joying car but it didn't updated how can I found updates for carfond head uints ?

I've read a lot on this forum about Ownice C500 when I bought and installed this unit.
Now I am searching for the best unit for this car: Skoda Octavia 2 (year 2012).
What I am looking for:
- the best screen possible in an Android unit, at least 8'' diagonal (something to be visible under heavy sunlight would be ideal - don't know if possible);
- Dual Channel CAN-BUS communication - (the unit should display car events: door open, AC temperature settings, parking sensors information)
- as fast as possible (8 cores mandatory ?);
- 4G mobile network;
- DVD unit (I've seen this erases from the list all the 9'' units I found so far );
- good blue tooth phone calls (Is this even possible? )
- DVR camera;
- rear-view camera compatible with Skoda Octavia 2;
What I have currently on the short list
1. Uniway 2G+32G 2 din android car dvd
I cannot find any reviews about Uniway units.
++ Seems to have dual channel can-bus communication.
-- No 8 cores
-- 4G on extra dongle (is this reliable ?)
2. Ownice C500
++ I have used it before. I know it's stable, fast, reliable
++ 8 cores, 32GB ROM
++ 4G embeded - I know it works

If I have to recommend only one head unit, I would recommend XTRONS. I have recently replace my Skoda Octavia 2014 with XTRONS PST10CTS.
It has many useful features like DSP, Android 10, suports carautoplay, bluetooth.

My XTRONS Android 8 unit has been working without an issue for over 2 years now, it is one of the best radios i have bought from China, no lagging with the system, sound quality is much better than i expected. XTRONS customer is always helpful. Only thing i don't like is the Android version can't be upgraded, so i have to live with Android 8, the apps are still working though.
Just bought the PST10CTS for my Octavia 2014 as well with OBD2 Bluetooth dongle.
So far i've gotten it configured almost the way I want, with using a custom launcher (Nova launcher) to replace the built-in one and using Youtube Vanced as a media source.
I'm a bit confused as to how to connect the AUX/USB of the car to the radio and if it's at all possible to hook up a USB battery pack to the powerfeed, so that it can be on standby mode when the car is off.. faster to start also..
And does anyone have suggestions on how to route the GPS antenna cable to the dash or whats the recommendation where to put it?

I'm looking to convert my Volkswagen Stock Stereo Unit (RCD 310) to an Android HU, My Stock RCD 310 served me well without any trouble for the last 7 years, but it was a very basic stereo without any fancy techs involved in it just a CD /USB player. Hence my hunt for an upgrade began initial plan is to upgrade it to RCD 340 Series to keep the stock look and with updated features like Android Auto, Car play etc. But since they are mobile phone dependent which needs to be constantly connected to your mobile phone to access the android auto features i ruled out that upgrade and decided to try independent Android HU, After a Lot of Online search I narrowed down to 3 different Android Head units in Ali express.
1.) Pumpkin Model Name:ND0380B (Pumpkin Android 8.1 Car Multimedia Player 2 din 9" Car Radio GPS Fastboot Car Stereo No DVD Player For VW/Skoda/Golf/Volkswagen)
I liked the look of the above Model but its a Quad core processor with 2GB ram and also after having a conversation with a person who own it he was strongly against this player and its running slow and have few lags. Hence ruled out
2.) Pumpkin Model Name: AE0373B(Pumpkin 2 Din 8'' Android 8.0 Car DVD Player GPS 4G RAM Car Stereo For Volkswagen/Skoda/Golf/Polo FM Rds Radio DAB+ Headunit)
I have almost finalized the above head unit and right before placing order I bumped up into Dasaita Brand and looked into their models. Luckily I found a similar Pumpkin 9" model in Dasaita which had PX5 octacore with 4GB ram (assuming this will run faster. ) Dasaita 9" Android 8.0 Car GPS Radio Player for Seat Leon Alhambra Altea Toledo with Octa Core 4GB+32GB Auto Stereo Multimedia.
Now I'm confused which one to choose, After reading some couple of XDA threads i understood all these chinese models are similar but would like to know which one is more reliable and have a better customer support Pumpkin or Dasaita, Would love to hear from some owners who own any of these devices in this forum.

Hello everyone, new here and looking for suggestions and some help. Looking to purchase a big screen head unit and would like some help on making a decision as idk what exactly to look for. First its going in a 2010 jeep Grand Cherokee. i would like the 13.3 screen but those models are only motorized and dont adjust move around so i think my biggest only option is the 12.8. Now ive been looking at a few like the klyde (which seemed like my best one feature wise), phoenix automotive, joying, belsee, and seciaine. and most do have the same chip but noticing that they were running android 8 and would like to have one with 10 is there a way to update these? Also the klyde one seemed to offer different chips but im not familiar with any of that yet so i was wondering wich one yall would reccomend? I would like have the best features possible (i know the parts arent supper high end but thats alright) the hd screen possible hdmi and dsp (not an audiophile but ive heard it does help).
