Most roms seem very similar and their features are mostly shared throughout, are there any roms with exclusives?
Paranoid Android has released exclusive features before other roms. Full color customization, pie controls, to name a few. Other roms release nice features including theme engines, speed improvements, and unique customization.

I just find it weird that buttery smoothness is even a feature on a rom of 4.1+ nature. Plus PA's stuff is used by so any other rooms now

Hi I love themes. Currently I am using cobalt on my n4 with pa3.15 with Franco rc2.but now I want to change my theme and I want something new what should I try. Pl help me. I like black and blue base themes. So guys pl suggest me something beautiful.

You can´t have separate wallpapers for homescreen and lockscreen on Oxygen OS.
Easiest solution would be to use an app...I.e WidgetLocker by Teslacoil on playstore. I think this had the option to change lockscreen wallpaper. Surely there has to be other apps available also...

Any version for the amoled screen theme pure black?
I'm not sure if it's legal to theme and then share publicly the modified app, but theming it by Yourself is quite easy. Just play with xml files inside the apk file and change colour values to 100% black, then recompile the apk, sign it, install it and enjoy .
I would theme it for You but since I'm not sure if I can do that without asking the Dev for permission I unfortunately can't.
