Thats not exactly how it works lol, its still an att variant so the bootloader is locked, so the answer is no.

Sorry if this has been asked before but do any of the multi variant 5.0 lollipop roms work with verizons s5? I'm rooted and have safestrap.
Nope, not as far as I know.

So I tried to flash a ROM and rebooted and now it says "System software not authorized by AT&T has been found on your phone. Please turn off your phone and go to the nearest AT&T store for help." How can I resolve this issue without going to AT&T? I also want to unroot while i'm at it.
Go to the att s5 section, theres an unbrick file you can odin there. Just for future reference, g900a(att s5) has a locked bootloader, so no cm/aosp/aokp/etc, only touchwiz based and you have to be careful with what you post thats not a rom built for the att s5.

yeah in setting it always said g900f but when I went in recovery it said g900a, I don't think I will be getting lollipop ever. The phone isn't fake but it's weird.

Thats not even att firmware is the weirder part, so why is it goving you the att error message thing about unauthorized firmware. I would tell you to just treatbit like it is a g900a and flash that firmware woth the methods or whatever, you dont even have g900a firmware though, so im kinda at a loss here.

I actually want to know if it's a g900a or a g900f
Im new to the samsung scene but i know on my htc m9 the att model and the international model had all the same hardware and we were able to flash all the roms and kernals and everything the international /unlocked model could, would that be the same on the att s7 edge?

On the M9 you had to be bootloader unlocked though. Ours are locked. Closest thing you have here is flashing 935U firmware in this forum.

Hi there. After much fuss all around the internet I decided to ask here - what about this phone, will it work, what about Knox? Found this https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/co...mmer_bitflips_to_root_android_phones/d9565xf/ on Moto forum, anyone tried it?
I tied it on g900v no go

So guess no new development to this phone. I mean one that does not trip KNOX counter :/ This phone is dead ;/
There is a way to have root and bootloader unlock with both lines in Odin being official still
Be on the factory img firmware available on gem flash .com firmware and it is called combination .......
Under g900v
Then root using kingroot and bootloader unlock using getex bootloader unlock method for g900v kk - mm I used the adb method the thread is on xda under s5 Verizon section
Sent from my iPhone 4s using Tapatalk I also own a g900v
