Because the General Forum is the wrong forum. App-threads belong to the Apps&Themes forum.
And why do we need a mini playstore in a forum? And there's already the big one...

It's a very good devs website that use to have his roms on here until a point in time..wcx roms by wild child are great but I don't think this is HTC one and xda appropiate
