Colour problem with theme (selected item colour)

Hello !
I have some problems with colors of my themes with my 2020i.
My active window item (I think it's so called) is always blue.
I choose, for example red, when making my theme the copy and apply it in the PPC but always blue color, also after soft reset.
I add a screenshot to make most simple for you understand me(I don't speak a good english )
On my Pocket I've used CETuner to change the color but after restarting the device, the colour doesn't change.
(I also used Wisbar)

after you change the color of the theme (.tsk) on your computer......reupload it to your ppc...switch to another theme and switch back to the one u trying to use...

I've just tried but nothing to do....
I use McDeb software but I think I make a mistake choosing the wrong PPC types (VGA;SE;QVGA)

change the color on the overscrolling effect

is there anyway to change the overscrolling affect color? I used one theme where the effect was white, but I don't want a whole theme i only wanna change it from green or blue, to a different color of my choosing.

Yeah this is possible, but it requires editing images inside one of the apks. So you'd have to extract the apk, edit the image to whatever color you wanted and then push it to your phone.

Notification Led issue

Hi guys,
i've installed the Cyanogen 7.1 on my Defy. When i go to the "Notification personalization" in the cyanogen menu and i want to put the white color as a notification i don't obain the white color but a mix of the three primary color so it's not white. But the white color is native, so what's wrong?

I've installed WIUI on my phone and now the white led doesn't work during the charging sequence neither. I've tried with an external app but doesn't work. Is there a solution?

I want to change the color and I don't now how ,I think I tried everything but it doesn't work it's still Black and blue

Change windows system colors ?

I'm trying to make all programs on my desktop to look like they use dark theme, so they don't damage my eyes.
I have a win10 dark theme installed but many old programs (and some new ones) are not affected by it.
Is it possible to carve out system white color at a low level and replace it with a dark grey (could also be system dark grey)?
