Hike messenger with Nougat. - OnePlus 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there any ROM for our phone that works perfectly with Hike messenger?

not 7.xx but definitely 6.xx
I've tested several nougat roms and I can say that hike problem existed on every rom. i.e network drops more frequently
but if you want a Custom ROM AND hike then I'll suggest you to go for any MM based rom.
I've tried a couple of them and I didn't encounter any problems with hike.
FYI I'm currently using H2OS 2.5.1 and hike is running perfectly(another reason for using this rom being support for VoLTE)
hope this helped you.

I myself tried most of the ROMs too. Both CM and AOSP share the same device tree for now so no luck. I'm using H2os too. Maybe if AOSP is ported from the nougat base we might have some luck or if Oxygen nougat releases.

Onyx? The issue is with OnePlus 2. Dirty unicorns, official RR, AOSiP works well.

it would be great if anyone port mm rom with volte support , like cm13 with volte.

Im using mokee 64 bit too, its fast, stable, good for gaming and good battery life. The only bug i found is sim bug which can be fixed by turning sim on/off and black screen bug. Definitely recommended over stock lollipop..

Yes its fast. ive been on it for abt a week now (on A6000 plus). Especially love the launcher (Slim Launcher) is super light and very modular. Layer manager is also Nice. The battery backup is not as great as stock though. Im squeezing 13-14 hours of regular use.

Am used cm13 its smooth.compared.to.all other lollipop roms. only problem is that camera is not good in.marshmallow.roms. facebook force closes always. so.i just replaced with vibeui 2.9.
Otherwise marshmallow.is better in performance

Once you got working volte on any rom then it works on all nougat toms. It has something to do with miui frameworks.

I doubt. I tried earlier version of LOS and they were pretty bad. Lots of issues and bad battery.
Using AOSP with radon from last 2months. Very satisfied.
Mokee is also very good and stable with good battery back-up.It has much less bugs than above mentioned roms , it supports Substratum completely and best of all u get daily incremental update.

yeah, I'm using the latest app and zip file, no problems so far.
On a side note, with mokee's default kernel, antutu scored 26600, and with the latest HexaTurbo it scored 29500 Hexa was very stable on cm13 I bet it will be great on mokee
For daily use stable is better. Mokee 6 is awesome.
I Installed it and love it It can even ring alarm while phone is off
Mine using RR 5.7.4
Very battery-friendly, a lot of tweaks, very stable.

No, I'm not use it anymore, I used it about 6 months before change my ROM to PureNexus 7.1
Battery life about 5 hours normal, 1 day with Airplane Mode. No FC or something like that. No overheat. Though I recommended you to use custom kernel and audio mod (since audio will get better)
The RR 5.7.4 are better than Mokee 6 history version (battery backup, performance, etc..)? Another custom rom MM is good and daily usable?
Does mokee support VoLte?
I'd like to know that if mokke ROM supports Volte and also I had faced the mobile data bug in some ROMs also like to know about that.

The UI is smooth.....

Have you tried as mentioned in other ROMs discussion? You need to enable VoLTE from stock ROM first. Make sure you get the HD symbol (??). Then you flash other custom ROMs. May be here also it is the same. Let us know how it goes.

you must install Android 6 based stock or flash zip from this https://pan.baidu.com/share/link?uk...包/ZUK Z2 底层&parentPath=/总ROM文件夹/YouLinw ROM作品 link for downgrading to Android 6. There you will also find zip which returns you to Android 7.

Known bugs
Hi
The rom is good I am using it since 4 days
The known issues are
1)Volte doesn't work at all
2) battery is draining fast
3)unable to sync my contacts from Google account
4)and the last issue is heating issue
Rather than these four issues everything works well the camera and everything. The major issue to me is Volte i humbly request the developers to to solve this issue.
Thank you ?
