even if you can downgrade with vientnam flash file some like this

I am trying to root my Samsung Galaxy A5 running android 6.0.1 but i need to unlock my bootloader. can anyone please provide me a detailed instruction on how i can unlock bootloader on a Samsung Galaxy A5 (SM-A500FU) , as i am very new to rooting and all of this.

Thanks to this instruction my phone is rooted now. Now I would like to update from lolipop 5.0 to 5.1 without loosing root. Is it possible to do it?
My phone is Samsung Galaxy s5, 5.0, BPB1.

The Verizon Galaxy S5 never got a 5.1 update. The only way to go to 5.1/5.1.1 would be to unlock your bootloader and flash a 5.1.1 ROM.
