EDIT: We got root anyway but you're still welcome to put them here just in case
Hello everyone! I'm working with some other xda members on a variant of iovyroot for the AT&T S5. Unfortunately the jop gadget that's being coded needs two kernel symbol addresses that I can't seem to find. Which brings me to why I'm here...
I need people to pull their kallsyms files from their phones and post it here!
It would be appreciated if we could get the kallsyms files for any S5 variant possible, but what we really need are the offsets for the G9006V
Anyone's help is greatly appreciated!

Hello, my name is Henry. I had just recently came into a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500. The person who had it before me thought they would be smart and put a custom rom and all on it. Well, somewhere along the line, he ended up putting some Chinese crap on it, and it's starting to give me problems with carrier connectivity and whatnot. I would like to know if there was an "easy" way or "step-by-step" tutorial to get it back on the stock unlocked firmware and rom. Any and all help would be so greatly appreciated.
Hi. Welcome to the xda.
First, post your questions in the questions section in the future.
As for your question, head to this thread. If you have any other questions, feel free to post in the help thread.
If its a clone you wont get any support on xda.
I'm really new to rooting and I bricked my old S5 by my own mistake when trying to root it. I got a new one and I just need some assistance in how to find the information I need to get this phone rooted. I've had a mesmerize and an s4 on cyanogen but for some reason I can't find much on my model. Am I looking in the wrong spot?
I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to post asking for something I could just search for but I'm unsure of bad roots that may brick it again. Is there an official thread for rooting these things or do I just have to look for community roots? Any help would be greatly appreciated
And if there is any cyanogenmod that supports my model that would be helpful. Sorry for the beginner question but I really want to be rooted again
I would be very grateful if anyone can help with my problem.
I have (after many trials & errors) succeeded in rooting my Samsung S5 sm900H, however i am unable to find a way to change the ROM. I know this might be simple for some, but im kind of a newbee...
Also, im thinking of installing a CM-13.0-20160419-NIGHTLY-n5100. Is this the best choice.
Kindly help, Thanks in advance
Hello everyone!
I really hope this doesn't break any rules, and doesn't automatically get removed! I just joined this website in hopes of getting some help regarding my girlfriend's phone. She has a Samsung Note 4 (SM-N910A) that was originally AT&T and was recently unlocked (no idea how!). She attempted to setup WiFi calling with no avail, and I assume its because everything on it is still AT&T. I tried to look into how to install the stock T-Mobile items, but I'm COMPLETELY lost. If anyone has some basic info I'd really appreciate it! Not looking to do anything else with the phone aside from that.
Thank you so much in advance!

To do that you need to flash T-mobile based rom and your phone must be rooted.but sadly you have AT&T variant and there is no root method available until now.
My best suggestion will be swap your device with unlocked T-mobile variant.
Hey AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4 who is still in Android Lollipop who can temporary root with KingRoot and who has a Windows PC.
If you have a computer, and if you can root with kingroot Use the batch file on a Windows based computer. And please create the unbrick image
Please, for everyone who has a bricked AT&T Note 4
And link me to the unbrick image
Heres the files,

Can you help me?
Hi Folks,
I am having problems with the flashing process of my s7 edge china phone. I have been reading through the forums trying to find the solution but just cant seem to find one.
Is the an idiots guide anywhere on how to do this that i just cant find? Or can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
Hi and welcome to XDA. You should first make yourself familiar with the rules.
Regarding your issue, I'm afraid you won't find anything useful in the original S7 Edge forums. The S7 Edge forums are entirely dedicated to the original S7 Edge Exynos and Snapdragon variants. Firmwares and almost all mods here are not compatible with any other device. If you tell us the exact brand, model name/number and CPU we might help you find the right forums where you can find help.

Thanks for the reply.
What would be the best way to find out that info? Would a screen shot from mtk tools provide everything?
All help is very welcome.

I'm not sure. I don't know anything about MediaTek devices. Just go ahead and post it.
