Yes I'm on Custom ROM,
Are you sure there was G4 plus before you flashed..? I don't know what was in my stock ROM... Only i can say is nothing that major to deal with name..!!

I'm Not sure there was G4 plus before I flashed...
I am on stock MM , I have XT1643 (G4 plus, 32 GB Indian variant) and other than 'About Phone' everywhere it shows "Moto G(4)". So no need to worry

Errors whie flashing and now I'm stuck
Even I got some errors while flashing the stock rom of Moto G4 Plus as I had a bootloop while rooting. I downloaded the file G4_XT1641-XT1643_ATHENE_6.0.1_MPJ24.139-13.1_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml_2 from FileFactory. Though my phone booted successfully but there is no wifi, bluetooth, cellular network, imei number etc are working/showing. I formatted as well as re flashed the device but still no success. I'm stuck now. Can any body provide me any other link for stock rom which isn't uploaded at FileFactory. Please help devs

Vipul try this it solved my issues also. Don't see about file name It contains all Indian devices firmware for Moto G4 Plus http://www.filefactory.com/file/64moez43420x/XT1626-XT1640-XT1641_ATHENE_6.0.1_MPJ24.139-23.1_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip

I have a moto x style xt1572... but in cm official website i only find roms for xt1575.. same goes for twrp official website... so does those two things work for xt1572? and somebody please help me... especially somebody who owns a xt1572... and guide me little... thanks in advance....

Hello everybody!
The cuestion is, I have a moto G4 plus xt1641 "single sim" Android 6.0 stock rom and rooted, installed TWRP and ElementalX as custom kernel, today I opened my moto g because my speaker has an issue, I fixed quickly....when I start to closing I saw a second sim slot that was hidden all this time.
I want to convert it in a dual SIM moto because I have 2 Sims and is so stressed changing the sim card everytime that I need it.
I have investigated everywhere about the process to make this change and I only find a tutorial of a moto z play where this really works, I did not make the process, because before I went to root system files, to the "fsg" carpet, but I couldn't find a similar "athene" file like Addison_dsds_2.img.gz or adisson_dsds_row.img.gz, i have "athene_dsds_3.img.gz...dsds_4....dsds_5...etc." any body has a method to make possible my petition?

I have a 32/2 G5 plus, that I hadn't used in about a year. I wiped and flashed the latest pixel experience rom. The installation goes fine, but I get an error that says "free up space" when I try to install apps, saying my storage is full even though it has no installed apps on it.
I tried a different rom (lineage/havoc) and same result. What is going on? What am I doing wrong?

Maybe you can try flashing stock ROM to fix that bug and again move to custom ROM.

Just in case someone has the same problem. The TWRP roms did not work, but the fastboot flash stock rom link did work, so thanks again for the help.
