My ATT Note 4 died a while back (Cannot start, Cannot go into Download mode, Does not respond), today I logged into my google account and saw that my Note 4 synced to Google yesterday.
is that possible
Just hoping if there is some life in it and I can revive

Hi to All,
Just two days back I upgraded my phone for Note 2 to Note 3 but some strange thing going on with it as push mail is not working properly and I need to refresh the app manually.Strange this never happens with Note 2 .
NOTE : I switch off the sync option as dont wana sync everything and drain my batt too quickly(same did with Note 2).
Can anyone please help me in fixing this.
So i was going to bed and my phone had no battery left so i turned my nexus 7 on logged into my snapchat worked great. Next day logging into my phone again and i get this error "Failed to login, visit "blahblah" for further info" and i did all the things nothing worked, after hours of trying i registered a new one and that worked. So next day i tried to login to the old account. bam same error on both accounts, so i'm pretty stuck right now. has it something to do with that i had snapprefs and root on my phone? :crying:
So I previously had the Indian 6.01 ROM on my SM-N910G but with Optus firmware finally coming back reverted back (factory reset before and after)
Everything has been ok except I have just discovered in Settings -> Backup and reset the Backup account is greyed out saying "No account is currently storing backed up data"
In google Drive where you to manage backups it says you need to wait after 24 hours to see any apps there after turning backup on. Well I turned this on Friday night nearly 36 hours ago
Googled this issue and suggestion is to turn off backup and reenable and reboot. Didnt Work. Another is to remove All Google accounts, reboot and re-add which I did. First account I added back in asked me to Backup I selected Yes. Did not work
Others say to delete data for Google Account and Google Transport and it is supposed to prompt you to select a Backup account but the option to Clear Data for both of these apps is greyed out
I deleted data for Google Play Services and Google Play Store and deleted Google Accounts again and this did seem to work asking me to select Backup account but after selecting, still greyed out and no account
Anyone else having issues.. I have seen some people say even when they fix the issue it comes back... It was working with Indian ROM. Last thing I want to do at this stage is factory restore takes me a good half a day to get my phone back to how I want it after that..
Cheers
I'm also having the same problem with my s6 active and Android 6.0.1. Tried factory reset but still didn't help
Thanks for letting me know but geez what have samsung gone and done now and ballsed up all the aussie MM phones or don't tell me this is on purpose due to some sort of legal requirement with apple again where they weren't allowed to let the gallery auto rotate pics due to an alleged design ripoff from ios

anyone can check their phone please and confirm option is greyed out?? another user tells me same problem from them. Have reported to Samsung but they deny its an issue and want me to RMA my phone.. No thanks! I just need more people to confirm they have the issue so can show Samsung its a firmware bug that everyone is having!
If you have the issue please let me know and report to [email protected] attention: Blandon ta

Hi all, I have not been able to get answers for this from Google. My son's Lenovo Yoga 8 (B6000) has gone missing a month ago, and approximately two weeks back I noticed that the Google account manager shows it as syncing with Google. Today I saw that the last sync time was seemingly two hours in the future. Does the devices manager use the time zone of the device to display sync times? Could this mean that the device has been shipped to some place in a different time zone? In that case it is probably gone forever and the chance to recover it is near zero. But I would be surprised if the Google device manager would behave that strangely.
I got my refurbished 6P directly from Google day before yesterday...I reset and took my old 6P back to stock and re locked the bootloader. When I turned the refurbished 6P on that Google just sent me, it asked me to log in to my google account. I tried to log in but it came back with "This device was reset, to continue, sign in with a Google account that was previously synced on this device" I used my normal Google/Gmail username and password and it tells me "Unable to log in due to a recent password change, please try to log in 24 hours after password change" I can log in to my Google account just fine on my tablets and on my PC. So I'm locked out of the refurbished 6P! Anyone know if it locks you out from the last log in attempt on the refurbished 6P, or just 24 hours from the original password change? This sucks. Luckily the 6P I was about to send back still works for calls and texting.:crying:

Contacted Google, they will be sending out a new replacement. They did not refurbish this one correctly.
