(solved) any P8 Lite (ALE-L04) successful bootloader unlock method?

dont need to email huawei and wait.
upgrade to LP first in order to get the 16 digits S/N
go to this site http://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin.php?id=unlock&mod=detail but make sure you DO NOT register with email.

Please try again but in the Chinese site of Huawei. I got the code immediately without any issue.

also when i tried on the english site it told me serial number should be 16 digits, but on my phone only shows 12.

I had the same issue,but it was solved when update the phone to 5.1 and after that showed the 16 digits, in my case letters and numbers

so i update the phone to 5.1 and did get the 16 digits S/N, and use facebook to login instead of email, works now

Ctand-a9509c mcu?

I recently purchased a head unit from Cartek-tech.com and it has an MCU of 2016-01-29 15:36:14 KYD_60_CSR_R75_CAN(SPECIAL0). It is a Quad Core A9 with 1GB RAM and 800*480 screen. The part number listed is CTAND-A9509C.
From what I have researched it is not and MTCB unit but have not been able to determine what it is exactly.
It has been giving me grief with the "Unfortunately the launcher has stopped working" message. I was going to see if I could flash a new MCU and maybe even reflash the ROM or upgrade it.
Can anyone provide any information of this unit? Please and thanks.

Unlock code
Settings codes is 3368 for anyone curious. I am still trying to find why the launcher crashes after a day or so. Also trying to determine if there are any other MCU's or firmware to flash.

Need some help verifying Model Number

I purchased this https://www.amazon.com/JOYING-Android-Navigation-Bluetooth-Mirroring/dp/B01M670UWI/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&ref_=yo_ii_img
Problem is I got mine before they started selling them with Android 6 as mine still has 5.1. What I was looking at doing was upgrading it to 6 but the Joying website does not list mine to be able to upgrade.
First how do I verify my model number? Its not on the unit itself. Second, which ties into the first question, where do I get the update file?

I do have the Model JY-UM135N2, I just got lost in all the information thrown out for this thing. Amazon was selling it as a 5.1 device that could be upgraded to 6. Now they list it as a 6.0 device so it was throwing me off.

Request for firmware

Hello
I have Chinese head unit installed for my car.
It came with android 10.1 android system but I think it’s fake system.
When I use CPU-Z I found it’s 8.1 android system
I need a new firmware for this head unit so I can upgrade it.
Model: 8227l_demo
Screen size: 9.8”
4 GB RAM
16 GB internal storage

Unfortunately, the forum crystal ball doesnt know what you unit is and from the hundreds of made up models and brands, the seller could be selling units of different types, from different factories, despite branding with the same model name.
There are are a small number of active members in these forums, you want to be posting in a way that helps those people help you, they're likely tired of answering the same questions for new users that join, get the answer (often unanswered) and then leave.
Post screenshots from Android system information, including the MCU version when posting questions. Doing this will at least help others help you, or you might find the information has already been posted or discussed here, yourself.
