I tried many times the root procedure but with little success, unfortunately the pc does not recognize me phone drivers, I tried google sdk drive but to no avail, I tried with another PC but does not recognize it. There would be some app fleshare through recovery? Help me please, is four months that I have this phone and I could never do the root.
hey guys im using my macbook air and i have the drivers and the motochopper files and when i go to push the root the terminal tells me that its still waiting for my device and that my device is not found does anyone have a solution

When you plug in your phone, does the mac see it? Do you have USB debugging on?
whew, it gets harder and harder to help, please tell us what device. I know att, but what flavor. PLEASE
was you trying to root on the stock rom?
he is right, you do not have debugging on, for sure.

I Do have debugging on but when I plug it in the stupid mtp shows up I have kies install so not sure why it isn't recognizing it
uninstall kies--never worked well on my imac with the phone
don't need drivers on an imac--assume macbook air is same
casual worked great for me on imac

You cant root samsung device with android > 6 without pc
I currently have no access to a computer since my laptop has no hard drive (tried booting it up using drivedroid with the rooted phone of my dad but couldnt get the laptop to recognize the phone). Is there ANY way for me to root my phone? Or can anyone help me getting drivedroid to work?
Appreciate any help.
