Stock ROM with OMS commits for Moto G5+

Hello Developers,
I want to enjoy stock ROM of moto G5+ with substratum benefits. Can any of the developers modify the STOCK ROM of moto G5+ with OMS.
I dont know whether this can be done..just put a thought.
Thanks,
Latheef Abdul
Its not quite easy to do this as it requires effort and further i suggest to post queries in Q&A thread. Moderator please move the thread to Q&A

Sorry to dig out that thread but this is a topic I'm interested in and it's maybe better than to start a new thread. I know there are debloated/deodexed stock based roms out there but there is no stock based ROM that supports OMS. As far as I know it's Sony's Overlay Manager Service that is added to Android's framework to make substratum fully working.
I'm on 7.0 stock and using substratum in legacy mode which means most apps are themed but all system related things like settings or notifications aren't themeable. Imo the Moto 5G+ stock rom is running very nice in cases of battery and performance, no custom rom I've tried could give me a similar experience.
So is it possible to pair stock with OMS?
I heard that android 8.x has something like a theme engine on board so it can't be impossible at all.
Any Dev around who is able to do that and has the time and the demand to build something like that?
