NAND V11, I've looked all over the settings for phone, sound and such but can't find out how to turn off the vibration during a call, I move the phone and it vibrates, so annoying but love the ROM and don't want to change it. How do you turn off the vibration/motion sensor during calls?
Thanks in advance.

phone vibrates during calls almost constantly
From the moment a call is ringing, I get frequent vibration cycles, most of which are when I move the phone at least a little. It started doing this out of the blue more than a year after getting the phone. its a HTC Eris running 2.3, and I'm guessing that an app is causing it. I have changed every possible setting to shut off vibrate, and still it does this. Probably because Titanium Backup is used to restore apps and data when I change ROMS, it seems to matter not which ROM I use. I hope I dont have to remove all app settings to have a chance to end this nonsense (which annoys callers almost as much as it does me). Any better ideas, folks?
Roms recently used: GSB several versions, Ginger Glass, Ginger Chrome
I have a S7e (G935F) and instead of vibrating it makes a beep sound, at first i tought it was a notification sound from a App but its really the vibrationg motor. And i already tripped knox, before i was on a Custom Rom on the Custom Rom the Vibration Motor worked normal but now it only makes a beep sound.
Any one has a Idea so solve this error?
Greetings MrSyrux
I also just noticed instead of vibrating it makes the Beep sound, thats something i have never seen.
I do have that issue too...when i installed the superman rom...i think the vibrator died...
Try flash bootloader according to the rom you are using now. Usually vibration does not appear when we use rom base 6.0.1 but we use bootloader 7.0.1
I have clean installed [JDCTeam][7.1.2][16 Aug]Optimized LineageOS 14.1-Version6 into my S4 i9505. Everthing works fine except one.
The issue I am facing is :
Whenever I make a outgoing phone call normally through keeping the phone to ear or through speaker, I am able to hear the ring sound and other party talking, all good.
When I am connected to headphone and make outgoing phone call, it shows as call connected with seconds started running but I can't hear anything (no ring sound, other end person sound, my sound, etc).
If I make a call through ear piece or speaker, once I start to hear ringing sound coming during that time, after that if I connect to my headphone I can hear everything fine.
It's annoying that I couldn't hear anything when connected to headphone.
I hope I have made myself clear with my issue and it would be great help to me if anyone can help me.
Thanks in advance.
If the problem isn't present with a stock rom, it's a software bug with the custom ROM and you may have to use a different custom ROM.

I am facing this issue from MM and Nougat Roms. I tried many Roms and all end the same.
What about stock roms?

No issues on stock Rom, even no issue on Kitkat and Lollipop custom roms. It's just with MM and Nougat it's giving this issue. I tried many MM and Nougat Roms, and all have the same issue.
Hello!
I run PiXeN OS which is an AOSP Based custom ROM and I was wondering if someone running any other AOSP Based ROM could test noise cancellation for me.
To test it, maybe send a voice message to someone while driving with the radio on (but at a normal volume, not too loud), and then listen to that voice message again and see if you can hear the radio or not.
In my case, I can fully hear the radio, which means there's no noise cancellation at all.
I need someone with another AOSP ROM to test so we can confirm if it is ROM specific, or just a feature we lose when switching to AOSP.
