I've seen RS.(indian rupees) button on playstore from a video of an indian. I live in bangladesh and my currency is TK. (Bangladeshi Taka). but on my playstore, it shows $.(dollars). why?
I tried to add a debit card on playstore payment method but it said- invalid card no.
So is it possible to add a debit card or purchase apps from playstore from Bangladesh?
please really want to know.

try with international credit card. You can purchase virtual credit card from your bank (if ur bank support it).
I Don't have Credit card, only have debit card. will visa card support?
Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Try using PayPal as payment method.
Is this supported to play store??

Hey!
How do I buy something with googles $15 credit ?
I go to buy something and it only gives me an option for credit cards.
How do I pay for it with my Google credit that came with the device ?

Do you mean the $25 credit you get when you buy the tablet? If so then:
a) no.. I don't think you have to have a card to use the credit but it will be tied to whatever account you use to log in on the tablet first.
b) you can use this credit while in the play store (from your device) when you select and app an window pops up and you can select your payment method there. You should see an option for "Google Play balance". Select it and voila.
There's no redeem button ;(
I love in the UK and apparently you can't get gift cards in the UK. What doing do if anything?
Thanks !

If you have an Android device already, you will have a Play account and the credit will be added to that. If you don't have a Play account you will need to create one when you set up your device, you need a CC to do that so you can buy apps etc. Once you've set up your Google account the credit will appear on it and you'll be able to buy apps to the value of £15 before anything is charged to your card.
They have been a bit clever with it mind you, cannot carry a balance over, so when you have £2.74 left you can't buy something for £4.99 and pay the difference.
I have the £15 credit and I live in the UK

Im signed in on it and its the first account on there.
When I press buy on a app it shows up only one option which is Google wallet.
Google:
For a limited time, customers who purchase a Nexus 7 may be eligible to receive a $25 Google Play credit. This is our gift to you when you have, or add, a valid form of payment to your Google Wallet account.
Guess Il have to add a card.
The free $25/£15 Google Play credit is automatically added to your Google account once you sign in for the first time when you set the device up, regardless of whether or not you had a card on the account before.
Oh... I wonder why my credit isnt showing up. There is no other option but to pay for an app with Google wallet.

Hi guys I bought a SIM free nexus 4 from carphonewarehouse I'm using 3 the Google wallet app is there in system/app but not in my app drawer any idea how to enable it

Have you set up Google Wallet on the website: ?
http://www.google.com/wallet/#utm_source=RE&utm_medium=re-wal
Make sure you register a card and what not, like paypal, then see if you can find the app on the play store if it isn't in your main apps list.
I found it on the play store, and there was an enable button instead of an install button.
EDIT: I should point out the app doesn't work.
Thought Google wallet wasnt for UK

Didn't the enable it at the same time they enabled Google Music? Or is it specifically tap to pay you're referring to? Play store purchases are linked to your wallet account afaik
Pretty sure it hasn't.
There are/were ways of tricking it into working though.
So I've had google wallet for a while now. However after switching from my nexus to the Xperia Z1 last year, Ive been unable to tap and pay using the Google wallet app. They've only allowed me to send money or to see the status of my wallet account which was disappointing.
Today however I got a prompt from my wallet app asking if I wanted yo set up tap and pay o_0. It looks like after having updated to 4.4.2 it's now possible to use this feature... Anyways, thought you guys should know. It's cool to finally have this available.

Where are the google wallet settings or app?
That screen shot is the Google wallet app. At the bottom of the screen shot you can see that it says this device is ready for tap and pay purchases.
What other settings did you want to see?

Just that I cant find google wallet app on the play store, its incompatible with my device.
Can you post the apk and I will see if it works anyway
Are you outside the United states?
Sent from my C6902 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
of course, I am in the UK
I just want to try the app see what happens from the UK
That is the issue then. I'm not sure this feature is available outside the United states. Would need to dig into that. Because the app itself should appear on the store. The fact that it doesn't foe you over there and it does for me here has me thinking.... But you don't need my apk, just download a copy of it here ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/themes-apps/app-google-wallet-2-0-r133-v9-t2122313) hope that helps

It works for me. Used it in wall mart, riteaid, McDonald's and hertz. There is a setting now in the general area called tap and pay. Make sure you have google wallet set as your default paying app.

"In what countries is Google Wallet available?
In the United States, you can use Google Wallet to shop in stores, send money, and to make online purchases on Google Play or other online merchants. Outside of the United States, you can use Google Wallet online to make purchases on Google Play in over 125 countries, and at online merchants in over 160 countries and territories."
Only will work in the U.S if you want to tap and pay..

I'm in NY as well. I have the international c6902 and it works for me. Of course this assumes that you
1- have Google wallet installed
2-that you set the app with your credit card
3- that you have nfc enabled.
If your answer is yes yo all three of these then I don't know what could be interfering with the process. Unless of course the places you've tried didn't have the terminal's tap and pay enabled.

In retrospective I should have, but then it's always been the case with wallet that it only works on the states, I guess I assumed people knew. Will add it to the description guess

Google made changes to Wallet so that it will run, but only on KitKat devices.
http://www.engadget.com/2014/03/14/google-wallets-tap-to-pay-feature-will-require-android-4-4-kitk/
I believe this was to go around Verizon's blocking of Wallet in order to force ISIS on us.

Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Google Wallet works without a hitch.
Also i dont know if there is to much difference between ISIS and GW. but then again for some reason ISIS has never really worked for me.

Also can confirm you are free and clear to use it. I downloaded Wallet from the play store, installed and it setup in a few mins.
Also it does replace ISIS as the default payment app. Go Google!

Yes.
Google Wallet allows any of my cards to be used. Isis limits it to American Express cards for the most part and it seems to be accepted in a lot less places than Google Wallet. I currently have both on my phone though, cause isis gives you free purchases of up to 5 dollars at a vending machine after 4 tap to pay purchases. (I work at Verizon Wireless I am constantly hitting the machine for bottled water)

I can't get Samsung pay to work, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, suggested by my bank and made sure my card is properly registered. When I try to use it the card reader reads it and asks the normal questions like do you want cash back and is this amount correct then when I try to complete it just has an error message and I end up using my real card
Try to use your card as credit not debit (might need to press OK, cancel or change type on the POS terminal)
Where are you trying to use it?
Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk
Tried using it at Walmart rite aid tsc ,always acts like it's going to work then it doesn't, I've even tried leaving NFC on

+1. Pretty sure I saw something on Samsung's FAQ about just that.
