Just use kik instead people... No need to give out any personal information besides your username, you could make one specifically for this purpose. You can easily block people and mute chats if you dont want to be constantly spammed by people in it.

Faster for what? It also get horrible clutterd in whatsapp so best way for help is the forum where people that come in on a later date can always do a search and see if anyone already had the same problems.

Well if others wanted to use this then this topic would been packed with people but it isnt. First of all what does it add? Nothing! Unless you know everything bout samsung which is highly doubtful and again its useless for future people that might have problems and cant even search for it because they aint part of the whatsapp group. So you can keep saying that its mine opinion but that just shows the lack of intelligence you have. Whatsapp can be good just for general talk but not for things like this and thats why not many people will join you.
There is a whatsapp group already. You should check before posting.
