Rooted stock but some app dont acquire root!

I have my 9505 i337m rooted stock recovery installed. Most apps work and acquire root but few like trikster dont. I installed superSu.
Root checker lite report rooted and root checker pro the contrary.
Any idea?

Did you grant them root privileges when prompted? Check your SuperSU log to see if they've been denied.

Desinstall supersu and now it it a mess. Tried yo reroot but nothing work anymore.
Superuser say not possible to update su becsuse there is a problemvor su not present. All apps that need root freeze.No rooot anymoree.
Can I fix without flashing a rom?
Is ther an app to clean and desinstall all?

Don't know why you did that-you created a much bigger problem by overreacting.
Are you trying to use superuser or supersu? From the tenor of your post, it sounds like you tried switching. What happens if you try to install supersu from the play store?

Root access

If I root and after I do it says that I don't have superuser access, do I need to unroot and try again. I used the ioroot method. The day before though I took the ota update. So from what I've read if you do so you can't get superuser access with this method. Also I will search for a way but could someone point me in the right direction to root properly.

There is no working root after the oat installed at this time as far as I know so stay away from rooting and avoid soft brick.

Try towelroot. Don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try

Just reverted back to MJE from NC2 and lost root.

How do I regain root on MJE?

Happens any time you odin. Use kingo to reroot your phone.

Use Kingo for Jellybean or Towel Root for Kit Kat.

I have it. You root it with Kingo Root first, then you download SuperSU Me, which removes Kingo Root and installs SuperSU.
