Somehow your score looks low. Is something different in the Singaporean model? Here's my American ZE551ML.

Can somebody running the EMUI5/Nougat beta confirm if Vulkan and OpenGL ES 3.2 are present? I was under the impression that the Mali cores in the 950/955 didn't support either and only the Mali "Bifrost" based cores found in the Mate 9 would do Vulkan?

It may not be the greatest idea to update as mobile data is now broke. It seems to have completely disappeared.
Edit: Finally got mobile data working. Still shows I have no signal even though I do. Weird.

and I installed software cpu-z and i see it there snapdragon 821
plz help me why this

It has an 821. That is why it tells you that. I'm not sure why you have a problem with that.
