Hello. Can someone help me remove that Chinese notification. Clicking on it won't do. Is there any app for notification center customization? Thanks.

Long press on the notification next time it appears and you can select app info. From there, you can see which app causes the notification.

Hi fellow XDAers
I wonder if there is any app or mod that can make me choose what notifications should always show on top?
I have a weather app that shows the weather as a big notification (4x2 I believe). Problem is that whenever another notification pops up the weather notification gets pushed down and shown as a smaller version. I would like to choose the weather as prioritized so it always stays on top.
Thanks

Sv: Notification priority
I don't know of any mods or apps.
Try Xylon ROM, it has that very feature built in to it. Maybe other ROMs do as well. You can then find it under the ROM settings>> lockscreen.
*Edit *
Sorry. Misread your problem. Sorry, I don't know of any such mod or app. But it would be handy indeed.

From time to time my N4 alerts me with a sound, but when I check the navigation bar, I don't see anything in the list. When I look into the notification list through the notifications widget, I fail to find anything there either. This happens even when the phone is in sleep mode with WIFI off. What are those mysterious notifications?
Try using the Settings shortcut widget, select notifications and now you have a notification area.
I am not sure if it just works if a notification appears in the notification bar but it is worth a try.

Thanks for the suggestion! That's exactly what I checked before as I mentioned in my original post:

Any other suggestions?
You can try going into applications checking if they use notification sounds which you do not need.

When i enable this feature, i can only see it if I pull down the notification shade.
Is there a way to make it show all the time?

The status bar & status bar icon manager is a bit hit and miss, turn on network speed and then turnoff all the icons one by one until you see the network speed. This is far from ideal but it's the only way I've found to make certain icons visible, maybe there's a better icon manager in a custom rom?
That worked. thx for the tip!
