Redmi Note 2 already rooted

Hello everyone, this is my first thread
Today I receive my Redmi Note 2 , after I power up the device to check wether it is using a not official MIUI rom or not...well I'm kinda surprised that teh rom is MIUI 7 (already???) but still beta ver, I hope this ROM is stabil, and it is already rooted (via kingroot), damn...
Please give me your opinion, thank you

You have two Roms on miui 7.
Developer (beta) Roms and the Stable Roms.
Dev Roms are weekly updated and have root.
Stable is like other do, when they think that a developer rom is OK... They move it for stable.
Go to xiaomi.eu website. There you have the Roms translated to many languages, without Chinese apps.
They cook the Chinese rom to us. And many stores install there rom before send to users. Probably, your is already from there.

As far as i know , miui.eu didn't use kingroot.
Make sure you have the real rmn2 device(not some fake one), and you have nothing to worry.
Simply change your rom to miui.eu's rom then you will be fine.
Their rom is clean, multilang, and with gapps. They also cut the Chinese bloatware off.
Their rom is based on the Chinese weekly update beta rom.

I have MIUI 7 ver 5.9.24, when I try to update it, it says no updates available, can anyone give me hints how to update manually?

I'm curious where you bought it, which shop pre-installed Kingroot?

just go to xiaomi.eu site, download (latest?) RN2 (hermes) ROM, go to updater app > menu (upper right corner) > choose update package ... and select ROM .zip file

i bought it from online retailer in my country, when i browse about this ROM it seem fine, the ROM is good actually, no chinnese apps at all, no chinnese writing and language, no bloatware, everything is in english

This don't work. You have to use TWRP recovery.
Or maybe install the official global rom: http://en.miui.com/download-274.html
It has got OTA updateds

I have stock recovery and I always update this way.

So finally I download the global rom, and reflashed it this morning hahaha, install the twrp first it is

Mine came with MIUI 7.0. Stable 7.00.66.00 whats the best ROM i can flash on it?
also it gives an error if i try to install it via the updated app '' install.zip failed update.zip signature verification failed'' if i try to install xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_5.11.26_v7-5.0.zip

nvm, you have to do it via TWRP because it doesnt work via the updater app anymore. Works like a charm now.

I'm using same rom (7.0.6.0), I think it is good enough, rom is very personally experienced, so you should choose what's best suitable for you

could u easily flash a new rom via TWRP aswell now (custom roms) this rom i use now is a weekly rom i guess it gets updated weekly, but i just installed TWRP 2.8.7. it works really well for installing.

Here I bought a new phone called lenovo a1000.
Its a spreadtrum sc7731, running on 5.0 lolipop, & 1 GB ram.
It specs:- "htt#p#://m.gsmarena.com/lenovo_a1000-7605.ph#p"(plz remove the quotations And hashes.)
I want any custom ROM.
Any that works on it.
I have its stock ROM.
I search every where on net but got nothing.
Can someone tell is there any custom ROM available for my phone.
I need better ROM my stock ROM is not running good.
So friends thanks in advance.

needrom com there is links on custom, bad when i try nougat it write something missing and stops instaling. bad in comments sey its not nougat 7.0 bad 5.0 with change design. you can try and write your experience with cpuz system detect and batery life sugestion

Problem with Lineage OS 15

So, I installed "lineage-15.0-20171111-UNOFFICIAL-fortuna3g.zip", and then installed the "Bootup Patch.zip" from the post of @Has.007 (goo.gl/Et6ttY), and finally "open_gapps-arm-8.0-pico-20171130".
And it boot but: wifi and camara dont work. So, i ask you guys if you know how to solve it. Eg. a flashable zip,
a trick, install an app etc.
PD: I am from Mexico and i my native language is Spanish. But i know a litttle of English.

Hassan Los 15 is booted from a modified Lollipop kernel, there's no fix, wait for Zim555 los15

The ROM is still in beta. Obviously it will have a lot of problem and bug. Wait till the problems are solved.

Maybe next time you should read the notes before installing a ROM. smh
And there's also Google Translate if you can't understand English that well.

Install the camera fix and others additional fix from those site where you downloaded this Custom rom 15. And install Custom rom 15, g apps, and also install all others fix like camera etc by using twrp. Also wipe your device when you installing new Custom Rom.

looking for best rom Leeco s3 x626

Hello guys,
i am pretty newbie in those things. Could someone exped link me best rom for leeco s3 x626? right now i use stock rom, but that phone is for my lister and it does not support really well the polish language. I mean polish is mixed there with english. For me its not a problem but shes 15 and she likes polish just more. I heard that lineage os is best, but there is no for this device.

This version not work the IR, but i like it.

Is it this rom suitable for Leeco Le s3 x626 ?? What android version this rom ? 7.1 Nougat or 6.0 ??

Microphone not working in call/recording

Hello,
I am currently with the rom crDroid 3.8.6 from 4pda.ru
As soon as I put a custom rom (any 6.0, 7.1, 8.1, treble, no treble) my Microphone not working in call/recording (even with the speaker) but it works perfectly with an official Global miui ROM from miui website.
I tried everything: put an original Global miui ROM where it's works, unlock the phone, install twrp recovery, clean install any custom rom : Microphone still not working.
I have find the problem who probably come from the firmware :

unfortunately the link for firmware 49 is dead (markw_firmware_49.zip) and I can not find it anywhere else.
And what I do not understand is when I clean install a new rom (any 6.0, 7.1, 8.1, treble, no treble), the firmware should not be changed with new one ?
