Just download the .zip file from the post and install it using your recovery and the process is completed.

Yes, if you now on another ROM. If you on CM13-based ROM with new boot - just make backup and flash zip. No need clean flashing.
yes

Hey can someone tell me the order in which I have to flash??? Cause last time I got a bootloop.
off-topic, but how did you make your status bar look so nice? :3
This build is also compatible with Nougat.

Thanks in advance

Sorry for replying such an old post, but I'd like to know the same. Is there anyone to answer what the OP asked?
In my case I'm using stock rom rooted and with ElementalX kernel.

ElementalX kernel should support it - look at flar2's posts from the ElementalX thread.

Hello guys,
I tried to install Xposed for my rooted X Compact (Oreo 8.0), but without success. I downloaded and flashed needed zip (sdk26, all beta versions ) and no version works. Don't know anyone how to make it run?
Thanks for your replies.

I tried, but no, installing sdk27 ends with the error that I should download the correct version for my system. (sdk27 should be for Oreo 8.1). :/

Yes, this is exactly what I have downloaded, but I can't flash it. Every version ends with that error... Maybe I'll try flash clean stock FW of Oreo, do a root and immediately flash that zip. We'll see...
it seems like Xposed wont' work with the latest march update anymore, rovo89 is aware of that, maybe there will be a fix for that in the future

Hello, I flashed original Android 7 Nougat ROM and then build Nethunter kernel with Kali Nethunter install script (https://gitlab.com/kalilinux/nethun...ter-project/-/tree/master/nethunter-installer), it is a5xelte if I am not wrong, for Android 7 nougat. Flashed Super SU v2.82. It seems rooted and right kernel but HID attack does not work. Using TWRP v3.6.0. Has anyone some experiences with this ? Once tried Magisk v23.0 but there was same problem. Just need to use HID keyboard attack. Sorry for my english and thanks for help.
Tried patch HID modules and build a5xelte kernel (https://github.com/Re4son/android_kernel_samsung-a5xelte) with Kali Nethunter kernel tool (https://gitlab.com/kalilinux/nethunter/build-scripts/kali-nethunter-kernel) but there is problem with compiling:

This is look from Nethunter app:
As this is a QUESTION, I have moved your thread to the Q&A, Help, and Troubleshooting section.
If you have the ability to flash custom firmware, why are you trying to use an external attack to gain root? Why not just flash a Magisk patched image?
It is rooted already. Just want to kali nethunter HID attack get working. It should work somehow because it looks like there is kali linux kernel successfully flashed. I read in official documentation that kali Nethunter works better with original ROM.
There is not any /dev/hidg , I was not trying anything. I just took screenshot of that message. HID attack does not work.
