Is there really no other way on Marshmallow than to Factory Reset the device? I don't know if i enabled USB debugging and I didn't root the device. What was the problem with resetting it with the device manager?

Hey guys,
I cant unlock my lockscreen on Galaxy Note 3 anymore. No entered PIN is accepted. The USB debugging is deactivated and stock recovery installed. Unfortunatly I have important data on my phone which isnt recoverable otherwise. So my main questin is how can I activate USB debugging without access to the phone. In best case the solution is possible without KNOX void.

This is the situation.
I want to backup as much as possible items from my phone since it's broken, but:
- The screen is broken
- Device is locked
- USB debugging is DISabled.
I already searched a lot and tried the cmd adb commands to unlock it, but since usb debugging is disabled my device is not found..
I also tried to unlock my device using findmymobile, but somehow it won't unlock it.
I am now able to get Kies to recognize my phone (using recovery mode) and Kies of course noticed my device is locked.
Before I go to the store and buy that OTG cable, I was wondering if there is any way to change the registry of Kies and trick it into thinking my device is not locked. Sorry if this is a really weird question to ask.
OR is there any other way I can unlock my phone from my laptop? I know the pin code, so that is not the problem.

I've enabled developer options and usb debugging. I can successfully mtp files but no matter how many times I clear and reauth my debugging permissions adb shows the device as unauthorized and easytether wont work either. I've never seen the debugging mode icon come up, only ever mtp. Did these clowns really go to such lenghts to not only lock the bootloader but disable things like debugging period?
Anyone know any custom ROMs that have developer mode and USB debugging enabled by default? I want to be able to have continuance access to the phone from my computer even after doing a full factory reset without touching the phone.

Likely not, at least wrt USB debugging, as that would introduce a significant vulnerability. Not sure a ROM developer/maintainer could 'force' debugging mode enablement on initial boot even if desired.
