Has anyone ported the camera app? The feature I want is the HDR toggle to be always on by default when launching camera.

i have a un-rooted mytouch3g and the default camera sux....i have gotten an aftermarket camera app (snap photo pro) and when i use apps the use the camera it chooses default camera app...anyway to change that?

I'm not worried about Panoramic myself, but the lack of tap to focus is really annoying.
I find that it is not possible to take picture below 16 mp with the default camera app. Other camera apps like camera zoom fx doesn't gave me decent output in auto mode.Which camera app are u using?/how to take picture below 16mp with the default camera app?
As the title says is there a way to open google photos instead of the gallery when viewing the most recent picture from the camera app ?
On google photo go to setting and add shortcut to camera app

Thanks to a quick search the fix to this is to toggle between the front and rear camera modes and it will cycle between front regular, rear regular, front wide and rear wide
