and there are no camera tweaks in build.prop and no setup wizard.

Well here is my review :Tested and configwizard is getting an fc in a loop (because the app restarts itself and continues to give an error) which doesnt allows you to get to use the phone. I actually solved this by flashing gapps, so there might be a problem with the gapps included in your rom. Overall nice look, altough i had to apply the theme (it wasnt implemented natively).Overall good start, but you should try to add more stuff, as it is right now its simply cm10 with a xperia s theme oh and with the addition of walkman music player, no intention to be mean or anything, just saying that it needs some tweaks, mods, and stuff . Good luck :good:
Edit: Gettings lots and lots of superuser requests, i guess superuser cant remember requests, you better change that app to supersu

yep a did everything you need to do and everytime i reboot it it sticks at the experia screen. i have read above and it says a problem with gapps so if you could put a link on for me to flash gapps maybe that would fix it

NO THEMES SUPPORT........ AS IT WAS MEANT FOR GOOGLE LAUNCHER ONLY, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOME THEME DON'T SUPPORT IT......(eg. mianogen)..
(thanks to @Sulaimanshariff for testing like hell for like 2 days and reflashing roms like 3times again just to find that bug was themes )
Of all the announced new features of the Nexus 5 and Android 4.4/KitKat, one of the cooler ones was a new dialer colloquially known as the "KitKat dialer." It features a revamped UI and includes the ability to search for businesses, contacts, etc. right from inside the dialer. It also features Internet-based caller ID.
due to closed source app by google, this dialer was limited only to nexus devices/Google experience editions!!!
which means simply that dialer in our custom roms isn't exactly the dialer Google offers in nexus, and nor it has internet based caller id feature....
so here i am sharing an extracted apk direct from a nexus 5 running 4.4.2!
i am providing a flashable.zip which can be easily flashed in custom recovery!
it got no bugs, no flaws
only limitations is-
1. u cant uninstall the existing dialer, unless u think calling is not important in ur phone
2.if u want to launch this by google voice recognition(ok google), and if you say open dialer, it will open the dialer which is preloaded i ROM as per integration is made......( but it doesn't bother me as i don't open phone app from Google voice thingy!!!
NOTE(IMPORTANT)-
1. 4.4+ roms only
2. after flashing , it won't start automatically ...there will be two dialers in app drawer, open new app(you can recognise it coz it will have written "search contacts & nearby places" in search bar (in old dialer "type a name or phone number " is written)..
after opening, go in settings!
go in caller id by google and switch it 'ON'
similarly go in nearby places setting and switch it on (NOTE: you have to switch on location sharing in settings to google)
it will work...........flash, follow steps, and ENJOY!!!!

it is working flawlessly with xposed!!
i am using it!
(no idea abt app ops module, as i am not using it! try disabling it once and then flash and try! though it aint related , but i dont find any single reason why it aint working
PS: parth too aint using app ops....)
regarding dpi... i have changed my dpi from 200,210,220,240, 182,160,190, 2500 too infact!!
please try if u can disable app ops module!

Okay so from d starting here's wt i did last night
1)tried this wid default dpi as its making a lil issues for users for example the proximity sensor delay so thot something must be thr evn for google dialer!
2)then uninstaller xposed and tried agn d same thing!
3)then agn as i was using nova 2.3 prime beta i thought it won't work as in like the 'okay google' command doesn't work on other launchers but even this dint work
Ultimately had to freeze the default dialer and flashed this and VOILA it worked buh lne thing wasn't able to make calls this is happening for a lot of friends including @jetvis37 and others can u pls find out wts wrng??? :what:

donno mahn..but many guys are successful to install and many saying not :/..that's mixed report...as anindya also had it working...
though i would suggest one more thing..i m not pretty sure this was it..but when i installed this dialer, i intended to Change my phone model in build prop to n7000...n my phone workd..bt after two to three reboots it gave up and evrythng started force stopping...
moreover...
its better mahn that u clean install from scratch ....i donno delta updates can cause such bugs or not...as i olwys prefer whole update.....(agree with xenon's thing ).... sorry mahn

CRAP FLASHED THE WHOLE ROM AGAIN JUSH FOR THIS AND ULTIMATELY THE CULPRIT IS THE THEME,,,CUSTOM THEMES MAKE IT CRASH!!! no matter any theme for aosp roms cm 11,10.2,10.1 all makes the dialer crash h cn try out

i tried but it is working with htc elegent theme :-|..and i dont do mch thrming so i got no idea..bt parth also said its FC's..... so lemme update op...seems like as it was closed source and was meant only n only for google launcher (by default in nexus)..it is possible that's the reason that file replacements due to themes causing FC's as it is only for Google launcher thingy!! ..sorty guys...aill try smthn out..

Does anyone knows how to add Themes to a Stock ROM , like the ones which we get in some of the custom ROMS when we hover to settings

HKTheme doesnt support CM11 themes, you need to use CM10 themes... or themes designed for XTheme/HKTheme.

Hey thanks for the Confirmation, but my concern here is i want to use CM11 themes ; the ones which i had mentioned above with a Stock Rooted ROM , is there any way i can go ahead and do that ?

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Unless someone adds cm theme engine to stock rom then you cannot use them. But by doing this it stops becoming stock and becomes a custom rom, just like CM, AOKP etc.
The biggest part of cm themes is the ability to theme styles.xml, with out this your only getting half the theme (png's, some colours and a couple of other things depending on the theme). If your wanting to use cm11 themes to change your bootscreen, fonts and others then your getting even less of the theme overall as they dont work either.
You can port them to work with HKTheme (porting them to cm10 themes would be the easiest option). Even then its hit and miss whether they work or not.
You would ideally port them to XTheme to reduce the risk of HKTheme incompatibility issues.
Even then... you could only use flux for personal use as it's a paid app.
CM has actually improved a LOT since the last time i used it (2 years ago).
It use to feel like a heavily customized and bloated AOSP rom, now it feels like it's an AOSP rom with added features. Things are a lot better integrated these days.
I avoided it like the plague, now I dual boot it on my nook and it runs very well.

1.HERE IS XPERIA FRAMEWORK PORTED FOR CM11 BY ME
2.IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE THOUGH I WASNT ABLE TO CHANGE SOME ELEMENTS AS PER XPERIA BUT FRAMEWORK HAS NO BUGS ITS TESTED ON MY PHONE
Note: 1.it may show no network access on every boot just press the back button .i doesnt affect your mobile network
2.it may not work if u r using a theme it will only work on stock ui theme
3.this is mod is as per build 02/08 so using m9 is highly recommended
4.DO NOT FLASH THIS FRAMEWORK IF IT IS YOUR FIRST BOOT IN ROM OR DONT WIPE DATA WHEN THIS FRAMEWORK IS ALREADY INSTALLED IT WILL GO IN BOOTLOOP
UPDATE:IT DOESNT WORK ON LATEST CM11 BUILDS
3.U MAY FIND SCREEN SHOTS OF FRAMEWORK IN THE LOWER POSTS SCREENSHOTS OF APPS WILL BE UPLOADED SOON

Edit: I've noticed no changes. Only the settings look different and nearly every preinstalled app crashes when I want to open it. Tried it on the newest CM 11 nightly. Later I will test it together with the M9 build.

i recommend to use m9

Try using m9 and these are the basic differences u will note:
sliders
Settings app
Progressing icon/bar(the one appering during optimization of apps) changes
On off sliders change
Cursors change
And i vl be soon uploading a full xperia pack compatible with m9

With the M9 Version of CM11 everything works just fine. As this is the Z2 Framework will the Xperia Z2 apps like the lockscreen or launcher work, too?

its not a theme you can say a sort of theme is integrated in ur system framework as original and its no ordinary theme you can enjoy liberties of xperia framework i am going to soon upload a full xperia pack in which u can theme the ui like the xperia theme engine,only the framework can be compared to theme,the system ui is a true port

it is possible but it will require a couple of hours and i have exams upcoming i will provide you the guide do you know to use apktool and edit apks?i will do it but it will ras soon as i get free can you provide me framework-res.apk of mahdi rom ?1 more thing you can enjoy everything elese download the mod just delete the systemui.apk and framework-res.apk and flash it

I tried to do it from the original topicbut i didn't succesed... i wasn't able to recomplie te apk....i had the line issue... there was a solution but i couldn't solve it..

yeah, but it's not like a full rom of xperia with all the features, design, apps, etc.

which is actually a port of the original M8 system.
the system is still cm11 only with the design of xperia.

@dors1234 Yeah you are correct but you are comparing two totally different things i am trying to make the rom look almost like xperia and i m still working on it, the things which u r talking about is way too difficult even for a highly qualified developer, both the concepts r port only,and its not so easy to do this task too it took me 4 days you cant really comparing it to a theme and the port you are comparing to is still in alpha state

The roms looks nice, great storage space and all, but lacks performance, I had better perfomance with the stock rom in it.

Well these bugs are fixed now,Everyone will recieve it on L-Kat v2

I actually provided modded stuff more and google apps keep getting updated so u can install latest version anytime you want

Language support
Hey SamarthXD ,
First of all thank you for your amazing rom !
I wanted to ask if there will be more languages supported in some updates. If this is not planned, I wanted to offer to translate the ROM into German if this is possible.

Actually I can make it but the update will have all the apps again . . . this won't be useful to the users who don't kno'german
Lots of my apps support german anyway
If you want you can translate it for your own use

I have some doubts about installing the lollipop rom you have provided here.
I am using a samsung galaxy y duos GT-S6102. This is my baseband version-S6102DXMD1 and kernal version-2.6.35.7 [email protected]#1 Tue Apr 23 15:33:43 KST 2013 and build number-GINGERBREAD.DXMD1
1. Is this lollipop rom compatible with the specifications i mentioned above?
2. I partitioned my memory card for increasing internal storage, so in order to install this rom should i have to remove the partition on my memory card.
3. when i read the installing procedure i noticed that we need to fix permissions. is it necessary? and while installing a new rom should'nt we format system, data,cache in CWM and mount them all again BEFORE INSTALLING THE ROM.
4. i didnt understand about flashing 2 bug zip files you have provided? is it really needed.
Pls reply as soon as possible,

@harihk93 Please make a nandroid backup before flashing the rom (Strongly Recommended)
L-Kat UX is compatible with your phone just follow the exact procedure
BugOff files are necessary as without it you may get force closes on some apps and signal problem
Just after installing the rom reboot then again go to CWM and flash BugOff1 and BugOff2

Gapps
Thank you for awesome rom! can provide Gapps or atleast play store app for this Rom.

Thanks devs. for developing such a great rom for sgyd users. My phone now has a whole new look and everything is working perfectly except the following
1. notification tone for sim2 is working.
2. i cant select wallpaper for sim2
3. white text on white background for sim2 popup when dailing service code ( this happens for sim2 only)
4. I want to suggest you mod the phone.apk so that it looks different from that of stock rom.
5. I'm waiting for update.
6. In general, its a great rom and i'm using it.

@viv199 You can easily install gapps and play store from anywhere I just mostly put on my modded stuff .....Anyway these apps keep getting updated so its no use for keeping them in a rom install the latest version anytime

-Wallpaper for SIM 2 can only be set from Gallery3D or twwallpaperchooser this rom removes the whole TouchwizUI so wallpaper changing doesn't support....You can install Gallery3D and set wallpaper for SIM2
-I provided modded Phone.apk in L-Kat but it gave errors so in bug fixes I added the stock phone.apk
-Update will soon be here

Battery perfomence
I am using this rom for last one week , battery drains out fast , and there is no option for disabling back key vibration on pressing it(one of the reason for faster battery drain out). I downloaded latest version of google play but it is not working. Rest of thing in rom are good.

Battery drain problem is due to heavy status bar change the status bar with the other rom and this problem will be fixed or wait for v2 I've fixed this problem
for google play first install Google play services then google play and gmail then make account on gmail and start gooogle play afyter it if u wanna uninstall play services u can unin stall old version of play store will work without play services method

because this is made on dxmd1 india firmware so it just srtrt to send to india remove SIM 1 for the first time it won't happen

Good job on your work, your rom is pretty sick I would like to ask if the analog clock on the lockscreen was intended, because I would rather like to have a digital clock.

I've made L lockscreen and added digital clock in v2.....But if u want now check framework for the layout of lockscreen simulate ics
