This trick has worked for many phones which has our processor and for whom 4g never supported.
I am just giving a try. If it works I'll let you all know!

it will not work hardware doesn't support

i am having SM - G530H Grand Prime .
Having LTE only and WCDMA,gsm,Lte option in settings but unable to use Jio sim .
when i click on LTE only settings force close . i tried factory reset and inserted Jio in two slots . None worked .

i think it make sense .. do you hav SM-g7102 device??

then what is the final result? 4g jio sim can be used or not in grand 2 g7102 by karnel tweaks or others?

If its just krenal trick , then someone tried it or not , if tried and succeeded. Then please share the procedure to do it . help others

Problem with Volte

Hi everyone. Some how the Enhanced 4G LTE mode is disappeared from my OP2 . Further then I flashed Oxygen Os 3.6.5, but I havenot seen VOLTE option in there. I am using reliance JIO sim. I tried every solution available. Can please any body help me with this?

Just make sure, you selected "LTE" in Jio sim setting and Data enabled on Jio sim.

Data is working fine. But there is no volte or enhanced 4g option in there and i m not be able to make call.

Hi guys a noob needs help. I am currently on lineage nightly and I had flashed the 3.5.6 modem/firmware file hoping that would enable the HD calls feature, though the baseband has the New version number I still don't have the volte feature on my phone. Can someone please guide me with the right steps to enable HD calls ?

Just add this to build.prop

I am using JIO sim. My calls are routed through Jio network. Not by jio app and don't forget to check APN.

R u in roaming ? Check everything.. because with this setting m easily make call without jio app.

Nope am on home network. For some reason It doesn't work for me , if I try to make calls without the app it says "unable to connect at the moment please try again" and the call ends .
Anyway thanks for your time , don't wanna trouble you more .

Just remove sim and reinsert then fail *#*#4635*#*# and select LTE only give it a try i too had this issue by reinserting it worked for me

Guys u can enable the jio volte in lg v20 h990ds
With out rooting and

Depends on which provider you are working with, it works on Jio, no rooting required. It does not work for AirTel or Vodafone

But it don't show volte icon and can't make call in default

Which version are you using? the Indian one, then you need to put the Jio card in Slot 1 and have Data enabled for it

There is no 3G Video call, if you have Jio you get a 4G/LTE Video call option

Its not there by default i think! You have to add it via editing the quick setting!

the VoLTE option might be added in the version of the rom for indian market, I'm using the AME version and there does not seem to be any VoLTE option available. I only see LTE in the status bar.
