Do you prefer warmer or cooler screen?
I always keep this option on.
It's been available for while.

I've only had it for 2 months so I must have scrolled past it this whole time. . .
Good stuff.
Warm all the way. The IPS screen on the 5x is calibrated to a near perfect 6500k.
It's nice to have the option though, especially for those who might have yellowed screens.

Hell I am not an iphone fan BUT if the phone works and the screen has no scratches on it for the price of 240, you can't go wrong with this.
So I just noticed a dead pixel on the left middle hand side of my n7 while viewing a black picture should I take it back to office depo and get a new one or should I not worry about it , I have never had this problem before.

Yeah, big props if you can deal with it. I've experienced my fair share of dead pixels and it's probably the worst thing ever. No matter the location, it draws the eye. Incredibly annoying. Wouldn't blame anyone for exchanging it.

Yeah man, guess I have had some bad ones. I had an Evo that was plagued by a couple issues, one being a dead pixel. It seemed to develop another rather quickly. Thankfully the last phone with any issues. My first N7 had one, found during a screen test. Replacement is perfect. (replaced due to screen lift) Good luck.

A single dead pixel popped up over night.. right in the middle of the screen. That's really annoying..
It's black.. so it's visible in most apps. But is that enough to order a replacement?
Besides that, my N7 is flawless. Damn that's unfortunate.
dead pixel already!?

Hello,
I was wondering if eye scrolling and some other S4 features can be ported to the nexus.
If possible, it would be amazing to use!
I think yes, but question is are you so lazy that you wont even lift a finger to scroll? ...
Leap Motion would be cool!
Have you tried the motion scrolling stuff on the S4? It's not that impressive. Learning curve is steep. And once you get the hang of it, you'll realize that it's still infinitely easier to just scroll with your finger.

The Nexus 4 lacks the hardware it needs to do so. Thus, it's highly unlikely that feature will be on the N4.

The S4 uses the front camera to provide that functionality, so the Nexus 4 has the hardware to provide that fuction.
That function is not a goal. Around light must by strong, face exactly before the phone. You will rather scroll through your fingers.

Why should he send it back if it hasn't got the nubs?
Without the nubs the phone also works fine.
I think you shouldn't just RMA because of that.

303k and i have those pesky nipples at the bottom
i ordered new nexus 4 about three weeks ago and when it arrived, it didn't have the nipples. i was hoping it would but oh well.
about a month before that, i had to RMA another nexus 4 and the replacement also didn't have nipples.
Well.... I have heard that they kinda made the glass a bit stronger in the new design . Is it true?
Or is the same fragile one that breaks without even touching??

These are small bumps on the back of the phone near the screws that keep the phone a bit raised when kept on any surface. This helps reduce scratches on the glass back, help prevent slipping of the phone as well as improve the sound quality as the speaker opening becomes raised due to these nubs.
