@thekrishna, where did you find that image?
When trying to install, it fails for me:
Updater process ended with ERROR: 1
Error installing zip file '/external_sd/DolbyPlus-Oreo_8.1.zip'
Please help me.
I'm on LineageOS 15.1, rooted with Linage's own AddonSU, and use TWRP 3.2.3-0 (the "twrp(pie)stock_boot" version that is floating around on this forum and I think first was posted by jide1).
Update: I could install the package - - turns out it's a Magisk module created by matt1313 and you need Magisk to be able to flash it in TWRP.
I can confirm that it brings back audio in calls in both directions. It also makes other sounds (button taps, music) quite loud, like I had to tune the volume down to 2/10- 1/10. And for me, the playback quality of the music is somewhat degraded when listening through the built-in speakers. But this is a side effect.
My issue is that it needs Magisk, which is a security problem. I wish the benefits could be applied without Magisk...
Hey guys Hope your all good
I have bought a new mi 9t the global one( MIUI Global 10.3.11) (PFJMIXM) and I am not sure right now which version is suitable. I have already read those multiple threads about the twrp
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-9t/how-to/twrp-versions-xiaomi-mi-9t-t3955946/page7
, but still not sure which one is suitable.(knowing that I know how to unlock the bootloader)
Plus I need a way to get back to the original MIUI if anything bad happens such as soft bricking the device.
Any way thanks in advance for your help.:good:
though I'd suggest you the 4pda twrp since probably most of the users use it, one user reported an issue with restoring backups as you're mentioning it in your question. but you can use fastboot or miflash tool to return to your original factory rom whenever you desire that.

Hello
Sorry for my English, I have the same mi 9t the global one (MIUI Global 10.3.11) (PFJMIXM) and twrp from 4PDA and Magisk. everything works great, no problems. Installation is very easy, there is a manual in the zip file from 4PDA, one click and it installs itself I recommend

After flashing any other rom can i get back to stock miui 10.3.11 by restoring the twrp backup?
Will it not cause any bootlooping or ARB ISSUE?

Read this article about preventing bricking your device due to Anti-rollback or skip immediately to the "How to check for Anti-Rollback Protection" section.
